I just got my delivery and I decided to leave review as I was reading the below and was a bit worried BUT
I have visited the place and lady from there gave me all relevant information, she has told me the whole process together with giving me their number.
I have ordered the delivery and no issue on the phone. Since then I changed my order twice and I received my order on time with the invoice straight at the delivery. The delivery man has followed my instruction where to put the soil.

I am very happy with the delivery and I don't understand why so many bad reviews. No one is perfect but this time they have exceed my expectations!

I wanted this to be a good experience but I can't say it was, reading the reviews I thought I'd see for myself as I required 14 cubic meters of various bulk supplies. First of all, I think the products are of a good quality, although organising deliveries was a mission. Delivery was overly expensive for suburb 35min away and the communication is poor. Sometimes the only notice you'd get was a truck out the front, other times they would not show up at all. This is extremely difficult when trying to organise contractors and equipment. There was one instance where 2 cubic meters of the wrong product was delivered and was missing 2 cubic meters of another and they didn’t have the staff to shovel it off my driveway. I think there is good crew at this branch but it feels like everything has to go through one manager and notes are scribbled in a book or on post it notes. Maybe there's a systems issue because it doesn't feel organised. It was that difficult and in combination with expensive delivery fees I used an alternative company (flower power) for the remaining soil required, admittedly I don't feel the product was as good as ANL and a bit more expensive but it was no fuss organising the delivery which was only 30 bucks. I think I'd only use ANL again if there was no timeframe required and the delivery fee worked out with the amount of product you are getting.

Great product but Will not give you an approximate hour of delivery and even then they don't call to let you know how much longer do you have to wait if not delivered on time. Twice now I've had to wait for a better part of the day for my order without anyone from their office call me and let me know of progress of my order.

There is a lesson to be learned here.

Highly recommend Stuart from ANL Badgers Creek, very knowledgeable, friendly customer service. I was needing to wait for my charcoal mulch, as it's a new line and when I called for updates, all staff treated my enquiry with the highest standards.
My order arrived before my quoted time, I was very happy.

Order did not arrive at all yesterday. Was told by phone at 8am that order of Top Soil would be delivered at midday. At 10: 24 am Stu called and stated it would be delivered shortly. I waited all day. Calls to company were not able to update me. Load never arrived and I was not called to inform me that it now was not arriving. Very poor service. Next day I cancelled order and have asked for refund. No apology for the inconvenience or for the poor service. Not recommended by me as a company to do business with.

Was told goods would arrive on Saturday and they turned up with no explanation or phonecalls on Wednesday. How's that for customer service?

Ordered 5 times from them in last 3 months to do my landscape. 4 times out of 5 times the delivery came late by 1.5 hours to 3 hours. Never an apology. Does not value their customers.

Queue to get in is out the street, hopeless. Not good enough, can't say anything over the uhf just get told off.

Totally rude people ignored me at office desk for 5 minutes looked at me and just went on doing there business served truck driver that entered after me first then said are you right i said no im left and you people are rude and left. 0ffice girl couldnt spell canberra.office staff should learn some manner.

The guys here are extremly helpful and very friendly.
