Today went to buy a organic soil mix. In website it mentioned 78$ only but instor she charged me 88$ they cheat customers and also service is not good she is very rude.

Would recommend calling prior to gong to ensure what is advertised on the website is actually in stock as they can be quite unreliable in my experience.

Zero stars for these incompetent business. Ordered grass turf, a few bags of stones and mulch. They confirmed delivery on a Wednesday, then only the stones and mulch arrived. When I called them they said turf will arrive on friday. I was not notified that the schedule was changed.   So I have to take another leave at work for Friday. Then come Friday,   then grass did not arrive. When i called them they said the grass was not ordered yet and I need to wait for it until next Friday. I cancelled my order and demanded a refund.they said they will refund my payment. Now 1 week has passed and still have not reveived my refund. Please be careful dealing with these people.

Poor customer service. Refund policy was changed after the purchase and we are expected to be aware of it magically.

Those guys at the Seven Hill depot are fantastic. Very helpful, they know the products well and have pride in their work. I don’t know their names, but spot on service.

23/7/22 update
Ive since ordered sand, gravel from other providers since. The other provider tipped 10mm blue metal which had a lot of other material in it (cement) which was annoying.

I ordered one ton of road base and one ton of 10mm blue metal since my last update from ANL and the product is excellent. Clean good quality blue metal delivered on the time promised, competitively priced and cheap delivery fee. I have my own ute but getting them to deliver is better value.

Ordered 1 tonne of blue metal on Monday afternoon. Delivered by 7am the next morning. I had a super tight spot but the driver was very kind and helpful even helping me move / prepare the tarp. Delivery fee and cost of gravel was very competitive as well.

Nothing like seeing an inpatient, rude, aggressive driver with the company's name emblazoned all over the truck he's driving at 9am on a monday morning. Taking the inside lane to insanely challenge a semi trailer turning right, while intimidating then blasting the horn on back of the white BMW as they waited for the semi to turn. But the road rage didn't finish there as the BMW was reluctant to pass the semi on Station Rd the ANL truck driver blasted them again. As i observed all the this with a smile on my face the ANL rager noticed my look and gave me the finger. OBVIOUSLY there was some urgent mud to move so the impatience and bad attitude was deemed appropriate for an ANL emergency. I wanted to leave NO STARS, but 1 is the poorest rating that can be given. Photos provided. Rego number identified, hopefully management will take some action about this example of adverse advertising.

I ordered sapphire buffalo from ANL, all went well with delivery dates and times.
I laid my turf and was extremely happy at the time. Within a week few of the rolls had completely died.
Called ANL and a rep told me to wait another week or so to call back. I posted for some advice on a Facebook Lawn Fanatics page where a rep got in contact with me and told me that I shouldn't have been told to wait a week or two. During the contact the rep told me she would organise new rolls to be sent around (a month ago) 3 times I have been expecting the new turf to be delivered and all 3 times I have been told they can't send it.
It's quite frustrating when you're paying premium and half the grass is settled and the other half is dead.

I called on Sunday to get the advice and check the cost and delivery of a particular product in Bulk bag, the guy over the phone had zero customer service, arrogant and no idea how to deal with customers. I had to order nearly 20 tons of soil but have now ordered from other place

That fine to close early but change your website from 4pm close

Very disappointing experience, we ordered almost 90sqm turf from them, turned out they were very poor quality, almost every piece was either broken or having dried / unhealthy patches with damaged edge. I understand things can happen during transportation, but it happened with almost every piece? Seriously? I won’t recommend to anyone and won’t trade with them again.

It was a pleasure ordering from ANL this week. Guy was very friendly and helpful, even when I changed my order three times (river gravel and pavers). The prices are very reasonable. And I got charged only one delivery fee despite the driver needing to make two separate visits. The driver was also very helpful and efficient when he dropped everything of this morning. Absolute pleasure doing business. Now the hard work begins.

The service, quality and variety of options are typically quite good however they are seemingly more often than not sold out of underlay and top dressing.

Not sure why ANL get so much flack. I'm starting to think either people are just petty or look for the slightest fault to complain for the sake of it. I've used these guys twice from two different depots for large quantities of decorative rock and topsoil. Both online transactions without a hitch, at all times all conversations with staff from both Seven Hill and North Ryde respectively have been great - helpful and very friendly people. Willing to help and meet my needs. Both delivery drivers arrived as expected, friendly and considerate of my requests when delivering - no issues at all. So again, not sure if these negative reviews are just negative people. I've never experienced any of that. These guys have quality products, very reasonable prices and great service. No doubt I will see them again a third and forth and fifth time again and again. Cheers ANL!

This company and it's drivers are the worst I've ever experienced. They are always late and the manager and drivers are so rude.don't ever ask to see Patrick. He was the worst one

Two weeks ago I went to ANL Seven Hills to order 3 tonnes of 50/50 topsoil and 2 cubic metres of premium garden mix. They didn't have the topsoil in stock. So Guy, the manager said he would arrange to have it delivered from their other sites and call me when it had arrived. He also said delivery to my house is $30. I questioned him because the website said it was $25. He said don't trust the website. I still have not received a call. Pathetic customer service. Avoid ANL.

ANL veggie soil delivery service is very good. Driver is very co-operative and came before expected time.

Driver on 07/05/20 on Old Windsor Road around 4: 45 PM was horrific. Watched as a car merged in front after the truck tried to speed up and cut them off. Driver of ANL truck then went into the lane beside them, wound down their window and began screaming through whilst also giving the finger. Wasn’t watching where he was driving and nearly caused a serious collision. Very unprofessional and frankly awful way to behave when representing a company in a company vehicle
