This joint is great. Meat is always good, esp. If you hit a special that suits you. And the expansion into groceries is good as they aren't run of the mill, but things that are a little different that inspire the inner cook.

I wanted a crown roast for a special dinner.these guys said "no trouble" and prepared it for me. The grass fed meat is tender and flavoursome. There is three levels af meat culminating in Wagyu. I enjoy the grass fed Angus at a good price. The assortment is fantastic.try it.

I guess I made a bad choice, choosing Chuck Crest, as nearly 1/4 of the cut was fat that I could easily trim off.does that sound right to you?

It was my 2nd visit to the emporium - the 1st time bought steaks -tbone and sirloin and was great, Yesterday i had a bbq and bought 4 packs of the gourmet beef kebabs and some chicken kebabs - how terrible and tough the beef kababs was embarrassing. There was about 20-24 kababs for 6 people - all BBQ medium rare - maybe 4 were edible and amazing but the rest you couldn't chew thru them. Ruined the BBQ -when the main meal becomes the running joke at the table. Just a tip -if your charging and calling in gourmet - put some quality meat. I'd might give them a pass and try again but not for the main meal for a party!

We bought a whole scotch fillet.

Toughest meat I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, we have a lot of it.

Great place to find really quality meats, you must go with a winter jacket otherwise you will be frost as it is a cool room inside literally.

I just recently ordered a whole lot of different things. I was really impressed with the packaging- it arrived in a box with ice packs within two days of ordering it. The chicken schnitzel’s were very good. My husband loves schnitzel and he was disappointed that I had only given him one to eat because he said he could have eaten 3. (he is a piggy - I think 2 would have been plenty) The pork loin was also excellent. The sausages were delicious and we are looking forward to a bbq with the steaks. Extremely happy - and will continue to buy my meat from Meat Emporium.

A meat lovers paradise! After a long week I wanted to treat myself to a really good cattleman's cut steak. Being new to the neighbourhood I searched for butchers near me and the Australian Meat Emporium popped up. Not a bad walk, but an even easier bus ride, I was out the door.

The selection of restaurant quality meat is impressive. Large fridges with sides of high quality beef aging to perfection and rows of already butchered and vacuum sealed cuts across the barnyard. I picked up a beautiful dry aged cattleman's cut, san choy bau flavour pork sausages, a big pack of chicken things and pasture laid eggs. I even picked up some venison.

Bundle up, but totally worth it. You can even pick up fresh produce, all the rubs and sauces you could need and BBQ supplies.

The staff are really pleasant and welcoming. This will be my first choice for a protein shop going forward.

Cashier had a bleeding finger and didnt bother band-aid it up before handling the item i purchased and my cooler bag. Complete disregard for hygiene. Found blood trace fingerprint on my cooler bag when i got home. Really disgusting. Not going back after 4 yrs of patronage. Phone calls gone to voicemail no one bothered to pick up.

I been buying here my meat from time to time over a number of years and I bought sum rump stake today, big mistake… I got home, opened pack and almost vomited from meat semi decomposed smell… what a great disappointment and waist of money

Meet quality is amazing and staff are always willing to help. They also have an awesome selection of BBQ gear, spices and vegis.

This place is cool (pun intended) lol it gets very cold so great to go in on a hot day. There are bomber jackets hanging out the front for you put on for while you shop which is a great idea. There’s also a small fruit veggie section. There is any meat you desire. Some organic and some not. There’s also a liquor emporium behind it but didn’t go in. The meat is discounted and be prepared to buy in bulk should you choose. There are also smaller servings if you don’t need to much.

Australian Meat Emporium is the go to venue for gourmet cooks, and chefs that need to reach the cutting edge of society. Awesome cuts and best of the best prices, all types of meat and game is available here - Angus, Wagyu, Kobe, whatever you desire is all here.

Tried several different type of cuts of meat. All were delicious and tender. Prices are good sometimes maybe a bit expensive but the quality is excellent. Highly recommended. If you got a deep freezer or got a big party to hold I will say “ go for it”!

Possibly my favourite supplier in the world. Easily the highlight of my week. Always great cuts of meat at more than reasonable prices, and fantastic staff.
