Feels like not being taken seriously throughout the consultation even I paid for urgent additional money $230. A way to earn quick bucks I reckon. I was being advised that the best option is get” tourist ETA visa to come to Australia. This is simply a joke, I travelled to Australia and many countries before and post pandemic. I paid to get tourism advice…

I was still being polite and patience trying to stir the conversation to more productive discussion and hold my disappointment

Not only was late but didn’t read my documents beforehand. So unprofessional. I figured if you are no clue and in the beginning of the process an potentially will engage their service, they might take you seriously.

If you’ve done your own research and half-way through the process and needed advice then don’t go to them. Because I don’t think is professional to repeatedly being told “there’s too much documents and don’t even read their consultation form beforehand, don’t know my age, my EOI score, international career background and Ilets test score. As if thou I was being treated irritably as a naive migrant. Only started to learned that in the call I’ve worked in London, Tokyo and SIngapore not just someone chasing migration to Australia. What’s the point to even spent my time responding to your consultation questionnaire if you don’t bother to read? !? !

I was left with the advice “If you need us down the road then engage us again”

What a journey this has been!
Starting with a virtual session with Karl where he gave us the most accurate information stating that a switch from Visa Subclass 804 to Visa Subclass 864 is possible.
Zoe helped us in switching our application and we have finally got our PR.
I cannot thank Zoe enough for her prompt responses which kept giving us the feeling that there is definitely someone there who is looking after our Application well.

World should unite and react with sanctions against australian fascism. We see lot of unhuman behaviour recently.

I did not have a good experience. Lengthy wait times and no response after repeated follow ups.

Zoe represented us for our application for a business permanent visa. She was great through the whole process. She knew what she was doing made sure that the application along with all the documentation were right. Communication was great as well. First, I would like to thank AILS for an extraordinary experience of hearing that both my overseas family members received their PR a couple of weeks ago. This moment was priceless.
