30My hot water tank finally gave up on Friday night so I started to ring around for quotes Saturday morning - Australian Hot Water arrived at my house in under an hour and gave me a very competitive quote compared to other plumbers I had spoken to over the phone. I went ahead with the quote (although I was wary to use a large company that had come in cheaper than others thinking that the standard of the work may not be as high as small plumbing company's). I'm happy to say the install of my new system which was done on Tuesday, the plumber Ryan and sparky Jimmy were professional and courteous and I highly recommend them and my fear about the standard of work was unfounded. My new Rinnai HWS is so much better than my old one, I'm very happy!

Awesome customer service! I was provided with an accurate quote over the phone, price was very competitive, and I had one of their friendly crew installing a replacement gas water heater within 2 hours of calling.

It was dreadful to see yellow water coming out from the hot water taps yesterday late afternoon. I contacted AHW and they promised to send someone in to replace it this morning. Friendly Peter came in, removed the old one and installed a new one quickly without any mess. Amazing service, amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I realised my hot water cylinder was in trouble - somebody explained that rusty water is not good. I rang Australian Hot Water East. They confirmed the likely problem. Today Peter came and with minimum fuss and great courtesy and efficiency removed the old one and replaced it. Great service all round, thank you. Recommended.
Excellent customer service and care. I rang first thing in the morning and within an hour or so Marcus turned up to replace the hot water system.
