I would like to share my experience with Australian Hot Water. I recently signed deal with them for my hot water update. The deal signed on Thursday, and they turned up the next Monday with everything ready. After the installation, we found the meter needs to be switched from Off-peak 1 to 2. That is saying we are not going to get hot water until the next morning because the hot water unit currently running at night. The guys didn't leave us in this award situation, they called the boss and installed a temporary GPO for us, without any charges! I would like to call out the great service, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who need to install the hot water system!

It should be 6 Stars. Fast response, efficient, tidy, professional, top quality work and for a fair price. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to family and friends. A big thanks to Kevin who drove down to Bargo to get us sorted.

What a pleasure dealing with Australian Hot Water. Turned up today on time, explained the process of replacing the hot water service and was both professional and efficient. I will have no hesitation in recommending this Australian Company to those who require similar product. Really appreciate the prompt service.

My 12-year old continuous water heater gave signs of old age thus needed replacement. Billy (from Australian Hot Water - West) immediately called me back to understand my issue and gave me options for replacement.

Billy has given me reasonable quotes - which is inclusive of alterations to the existing pipework (for which I found other suppliers to be charging additional cost on top of the supplied-installed quotes).

After accepting the quote in the morning, Matt is already at our doorstep in less than 3 hours - and fixed/replaced our outdoor water heating unit and indoor controller. I found Matt to very professional, friendly and considerate. I observe his respect not only for his customer - but also on his customer's home. He works very neatly - that you won't see any traces of materials left on work area. Seldom do I see tradies who cleans up and would remove working shoes when they get inside the customer's homes. Matt removed his ones, although it would have been fine with me.

The family really appreciated the work delivered by AHW-West - and the excellent customer service we received. Will definitely keep them in our contacts list for hot water/plumbing issues.

The boys were great! Communicated everything they did and did the job well. Fast and efficient. Would recommend to everyone.

Matt and Kai turned up early and as I knew already my water heater would need to be replaced. Then had a long discussion re a like for like replacement or swapping to a instant hot water system. Instant came out slightly cheaper and it's what I wanted since I had one at my old property. They just got on with it and done a great job. Removed the old tank system cleaned up after themselves and done a 5* star job that came in under what I was expecting to pay.

Very Professional, up front with costs, tidied up any mess, looks neat and work's great, I would highly recommend this company

Highly recommend for all your hot water problems. My hot water tank packed it in the day before New Year’s Eve. I rang them at 10pm and they said they could replace it the next day. Trying to find someone at this time of year can be difficult. Matt from Australian Hot Water couldn’t have been more helpful/knowledgeable. Now we have a new tank and hot water again. Thanks Australian Hot Water and Happy New Year.

Just had matt repair our gas meter and change a ball valve, probably the most efficient company I have ever dealt with, rang up yesterday and they came out and got the job done right away very competitive pricing. I wouldn’t use anyone else, customer service at its best

Highly recommend these guys to solve all your hot water needs. I called them to come out for a same day free quote for a new hot water system. I had to wait 2days for the model I wanted so they offered to provide a free temporary one to me to use in the meantime. Very efficient, honest, knowledgeable and well priced. Can’t be more happy. Extremely happy with Australian Hot Water. They showed up on time, explained what new equipment was required to install my new water tank and pricing. Installer - Matt - was efficient in his work, took the old tank away and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again should I need a new tank in the future.

Fantastic service from Michael. Phoned ahead, arrived on time, troubleshooted the issue with heat pump fan, did a general service while there (cleaned strainer, air grill, prv), fair pricing, couldn't be happier.will use again.
