Had my first session with Russ! Let’s just say he has magic hands! First bit of relief I’ve had in a long time! He certainly gives you his time and attention and really wants to help! Can’t wait for my next session!

Russ takes the time to understand your needs and isn’t interested in rushing things which is a nice change from other previous places I’ve visited. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I went for the first time 1 week ago and as a middle age female, i was very comfortable with Russell. I had quiet a lot of soreness in my shoulders and neck and Russell didn't just look at the point of soreness but the root cause, which may run all the way down your back, quads or into the skull. He wasn't in a rush as i went well over the designated time frame. I will be heading back in 3 weeks and i hope that i may get the remainder of the body seen to. I appreciate Russels knowledge and friendly disposition. He loves what he does and is good at it.

Russ is an amazing massage therapist. My neck and shoulders had been blocked for months and in one session, he fixed what several osteo and massage sessions hadn’t. Russ really knows what he is working on in every moment and I’ll make a point of coming back to Caves beach so I can get another massage with him.

Russell is an incredible massage therapist. He is very thorough, passionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand the issues I was having. I have lived with constant neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. Walking out of my second session with Russ today I can honestly say I felt amazing. No burn in my neck which I haven’t felt in such a long time. I highly recommend Russell and I am so looking forward to continuing my sessions with him.

If you want warm and fuzzy back rubs don’t come here. If you want a remedial massage to loosen tight muscles and make you feel 1000x better then this is the place to go.

I had a great massage from Russell. He showed a passion for getting a good result in the treatment. Russell has good pressure sense and has the dexterity to feel subtle changes in muscle tension. I would not hesitate to recommend him for a remedial massage.
