Thank you so much for the amazing firewood delivered to our door! I have been buying the Ironbark firewood and it is the best. It’s easy to start, long lasting and doesn’t produce much smoke. Even my neighbour commented I must be using the ‘good stuff’. Price is very reasonable compared to others. But more importantly you are buying quality wood. Not the nasty low density stuff from Bunnings or Flower Power. Solid, dense hardwood that’s properly seasoned, kept dry not at risk of getting damp from the rain. Thanks for keeping us warm this winter guys! Keep up the good work!

Bought iron bark firewood in April, shared with my neighbour. Probably the best firewood I've ever used. Very dry, my device is showing 11-12%.
The iron bark itself is a bit different then I was buying before, it is heavier. As a result, I need less pieces to have it burning for the whole night. When it was delivered - I was really surprised that 1 ton of firewood can be 1.2 m3 stacked.
No complaints on the service, delivery was fast, web payment, just perfect.

Great service and communication from order to delivery and the driver, Steve was his name I think, not only got up the steep roadway to the carpark, but took down a shade sail overhead, so he could drop the load well off the roadway and then put the sail back up. Ten points!

We've used Australian Firewood a few times for our firewood. The quality of the timber is great, the prices and the delivery charges are very reasonable and their customer service is great too! We've got a slightly tricky delivery point being on a very narrow one-way street and our low carport that is level with the foothpath and no verge. The driver showed great skill in being able to tip the timber into the driveway without hitting the carport or having it spill into the street next to the footpath.

Great service. Quality product. Great delivery driver, always communicates and leaves the wood in the right place if we're not home!
