6There is starting to become a pattern on the reviews here. Whatever they have done to the call centre is extremely disappointing.i hope the change in policy with how AES communicates with customers was not linked to the merger with Christian Super. I am very supportive of ethical superannuation. The way the call centre operates at this organisation is incompetent and dare I say it, unethical.
I am so disappointed that Christian Super merged with these guys. How can you be a practising Christian and believe in climate change? Will be getting my $$ out as soon as possible.
Fully support the ethical investment, but if you can't run basic administration of a business than you will lose customers as more super funds are cleaning up their portfolios. Been on hold for 30 mins for 1 basic request. I'll start looking at an alternative fund as this is a common experience.
Excellent, easily to look at income & they don’t waste time over the phone
