5 star service all the way. Garren, Varoujan and the team are not only the best at what they do but they are also wonderful people. I stepped into the store around 9 years ago and ended up making life long friends. They have since made everything from my wife’s engagement ring, wedding band, my wedding ring, diamond earrings, eternity ring…. The list goes on. They never cease to amaze me with their craftsmanship and and can do attitude! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Rob was super helpful and genuinely offered me advice on the best features for a diamond based on choice of carat and colour. Essentially I was able to achieve the goal of getting the absolute best value for the diamond, setting, and ring based on my budget. No sales tactics, totally authentic service and they were able to have the ring ready for pickup in just 2 weeks.

They also offered me a free ring resizing and had it done in a day. Couldn’t ask for more.

If you have no idea where to start, I recommend to go see these guys, tell them your budget and what carat size and you can’t go wrong. You can still compare their pricing with online sites to validate that you are getting a good deal.

My fiancée and I couldn’t recommend ADB enough! The experience from beginning to end was exceptional - we had Garren take care of us, who was well-informed, friendly and genuine! Their craftsmanship is also phenomenal. We will definitely be back when the time comes to organise our wedding bands.

Had my engagement ring and later a matching wedding band made by ADB, I was so amazed by how gorgeous the engagement ring looks, a photo just can't justify how much it shines brilliantly (got heaps of compliment on it) and the matching wedding band added an extra classic and elegant character to it!
The service we received was second to none! Garren and Varoujan are amazing people, Feel very grateful for having them making the most important ring of my life!
They never push you to go with a bigger or more expensive diamond, instead, they only give you their genuine advice helping you finding the one that suits you the most!

My tip for girls: Trying to do some research and find the style (Diamond Shape&Setting) you like the most before the appointment! Don't worry if you can't decide it, Garren has a "magic gizmo" which allows you to try different diamond on a particular setting which I found really helpful in deciding the shape&size of the diamond suits the most.
