The service and staff in ACIC are extremely professional! All the processes are done smoothly and quickly! Highly recommended!

The migration assistants provided professional information and advice on various choices of visa, and the service was full of patience and attention to details as well. With their help I was able to get all paperwork ready and all problems solved. It's not a simple and straight journey looking back now but it would be more difficult without their professional and detailed guidance.

I have asked them to help my grand daughter get her study visa for her bachelor's degree. Excellent advice and professional service. Then they helped my grand daughter to get into a college to continue her master degree studies. All for just an initial minimum cost. They are now helping her to get her work visa cause they suggested a course which carries points for applying further visa. Such good advice

I have also asked them to help me apply for citizenship. Later on I decided not to go ahead and without asking they gave me a refund.

The staff Alice Wu even responded to my email on a Xmas day! How can I not appreciate their ethics, professionalism and superb service.

Just got my new visa with 8 months waiting period (which others usually waiting upto 14 months). Couldn't thank enough to Eric and Alice, for their help. You will get what you paid. When you choose ACIC, you are choosing laid-back visa application. Submit what they asked, and wait for your visa, nothing else need to be worried.

Agent Lynn helped me on the application of Professional Year at Navitas, it was a delightful experience. Lynn is friendly and the collaboration work so well that it feels like collaboration between close friend instead of staff and client.

Expensive price with inadequate service. Not worth it! Don't choose this agency. Some of them there do not respond to your messages or phone callings.
