Several of us queued up outside at the advertised 8am opening; doors locked, Closed sign on door. GP practice where pathology contractor rents rooms is shut till 8: 30. So we wait, and wait. A man comes out and we realise there must be someone at the back. So we knock. Nothing. Call the ACL branch number to let us in but its disconnected. Call central office, they promise to contact branch. Ten mins later a staff member comes out, telling us we should have knocked. The GP receptionist emerges from back and tells us all that we can’t come in (no one had told us where to sit so we simply followed the collector). Guys, get a doorbell or man the reception or simply put a sign out the front. Not good enough.

I want to give less than one star based on my experience with them. I was told that my pathology results would be available on Friday. I booked an appointment with GP on Friday afternoon. My GP did not receive results on Friday. I and my GP kept calling them but no response for long time. Once call was received, my GP was told to call another number as they were not able to transfer the call. We kept calling other number and finally someone picked and said results could not be faxed now and some of the readings/ results were given verbally on the phone. It was so unprofessional.
