Very efficient. Seen instantly, but good to see chairs if there was a wait. Practitioner was very kind, skilled and efficient, explaining everything and ensuring I was OK.

Mary was my go to nurse for blood test at Australian Clinical labs however she appears to have left as the new replacements will take forever and leave you waiting for a minimum of 30 to 60 mins while both nurses work on one patient and watch youtube.
