It is a very difficult job to get my blood. Emma at Mayfield is so fantastic, caring, patient and friendly making the job so much easier.
The recommendation to go there and see her was spot on.
Emma is a fantastic phlebotomist; I have been to many other phlebotomists where in which I had many issues with them drawing my blood. Whereas with Emma never have I had an issue. She is gentle, effective and most of all friendly. I have suggested many friends to go too Emma for a phlebotomist. 10/10 if I could!
Emma is very good at her job. So caring, compassionate and friendly. Most painless blood test i have ever had. Emma is natures gentleperson. If there was a 10 star rating i would give it.

I found the collector very good. She was gentle to the point I did not feel it like I usually do and I have no bruising.
Emma was attentive and caring to my specific needs. I don’t do well with having blood taken and Emma kept me chatting until the whole ordeal was over and I barely even noticed. Emma was caring, kind and understanding. Emma didn’t make me feel silly or weak for being scared of needles. 10/10
