6I purchased a Mahlkonig Vario Grinder for home from ABC a number of years ago. They have always offered excellent after sales support and servicing on this unit, with my most recent visit for a quick repair being no exception. Turn around on the work is always very fast, staff, both technical and administrative, are always friendly and professional. Nice to see a large company value the domestic end consumer.
Very bad customer service. Every time I call for any problem, the answer will be the same “ I’ll report it to my manager and gets back to you when there’s any update”. And never get back to me. It takes ages for them to do something.it’s totally rubbish.
I had my DC Mini serviced recently and it was a breeze. Very knowledgeable staff and quick turnaround.thanks

Absolutely garbage, a staff member called Tiffany was so rude and couldn’t answer customer’s proper request!
I been told I had to turn off coffee machine at 10: 30am during a cafe most buiest periods, even the techs told me he bring a single group machine to help for that period. Ok it makes sense. Therefore, I rang abc beverage to find out any possible we can do the service out of trading hours says after 5pm, the answer is no, cause their trading hours is 8-4pm, cool, this is fair.
The I asked the girl, when will the service can be possibly done after the peak hour during the day. Then she start to annoying, keep saying they can’t make it happen, the techs have to travel from Wollongong which is fair, and all my question is if I know I have to turn off the machine, when they can make it next time before their trading hour and our trading hour to minimum the damage to business. Then she say she don’t know and can’t work it out. And then I just want her to check others service records to see when is the lastest services they did during a day to customers who based on Sydney area, that I can arrange it next service.and she refuse to do and hang up!
If I had a choice, won’t choose them for our supplier at all! Very disappointed!
