Recently I procured the Australian Notary Services to have documents notorised and authenticated for a work permit. I am an Australian expatriate living in Vietnam and I needed documents notorised and authenticated for my next job in China. At first I was really concerned about sending very important documents via post (especially during COVID-19) but the Australian Notary Services helped me feel at ease right from the very beginning. The initial communication with them before I even decided to use their services was incredibly responsive and they provided detailed information that assured me they were legitimate and knew what they were doing. Throughout the process they kept me informed at every step of the process, communication was regular and timely. The Chinese embassy/consulates in Australia are currently closed but due to the relationship that the Australian Notary Services has with the consulate they were still able to get my documents notorised and authenticated remotely and quickly. After my documents were processed they had them shipped back to me to Vietnam securely and fast. I even received a phone call by the Australian Notary Services to check that I received my documents. I highly recommend them due to their professional service, responsiveness, excellent communication and quick turn around. I now have the documents I desperately needed for the next journey in my career. I cannot thank them enough for taking away what I thought was going to be a huge hassle, but in the end turned out to be seamless. I highly rate them, 5 stars from me and a special thanks to Christopher Gosling for his professionalism and excellent communication.

Very punctual, detailed support and obviously quite experienced. Mine was related to taking on a new role in the UAE all of which was managed through email. Not quite 5 star as I wish it could have been a lot cheaper! Otherwise, I sincerely appreciated the quality service.

Christophel dealt with the entire situation. He was professional and the service was excellent. They look after the entire process making it hassel free. All I did was went into their office in North Sydney handed in my certificates and then collected the attested copies 2 weeks later.
