Teacher thoroughly knew the subject.

Isabelle was a fantastic trainer. Very thorough, informative and engaging. She made the whole experience enjoyable.

The location at the Archer Resort however was quite unpleasant. Too much road noise which made it very difficult to hear at times. Offensive odour coming from the rubbish bins outside. There was a large pole in the middle of the room which obscured peoples view and it was too small for the size of the class.
Change the location and I will look forward to next year.

Trainer was excellent, enthusiastic and I felt confident on leaving to do CPR. The venue however was to cramped (25 people) small room big pole in middle blocking view and a lot of road noice. Excellent class though

Best First Aid Accreditation training ever!
Have done more than few First Aid training sessions provided to me by employer annually. Conducted by someone with plethora of experience as a paramedic but narcissistic and sadistic in position of authority as First Aid lecturer (not kidding).
Today session was presented by someone with passion for teaching and their job. Can’t fault the structure and atmosphere effortlessly achieved by Isabel. Thank you. Jaroslav (being me, there is 100% chance I’ve got the name wrong, sorry)

The trainer was straight to the point, it really helps when you have a trainer who knows that training.

I found Shannon and her husband heaps of fun, They are amazing at teaching first aid and cpr.

A really good experience with no mucking around. Very clear directions and opertunities to practice skills in a safe and clean environment.

Jason was very knowledgeable and able to explain complicated medical terms in a very simple way that was easy to understand.

I’ve done first aid courses for years and found Jason was the easiest to understand and clearly very experienced

Was very informative, not serious at all, the instructors were smiling n having a laugh whilst teaching us, even cracking jokes. Was a comfortable atmosphere all round. Very highly recommended

The course was easy to down load snd follow the trainer we had was great very knowledgeable and great interaction with students. Her format and the delivery was very engaging great job will recommend it to anyone

Great day with lots to learn. Nice and friendly teachers with alots of experience that makes the whole day go by so quickly.

As part of my job requirement for the last 12years CPR has been undertaken annually. I have never experienced a face to face training that has had such an impact & have learnt so much in 2 hours. Thank you Colin C from AWFA I hope I never need to use what a learnt today but what I took away with me today will stay with me
