Australia Wide First Aid - Sydney reviews
69Krystal was knowledgeable and kept the energy up in the room. She made small adjustments to candidates technique that were subtle but made a difference.
Great course- lovely trainer. Very informative and the trainer takes time to explain things if you don’t understand. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience! Do NOT enrol with this company.
I was asked to leave course after an hour for absolutely NO reason other than I was holding my phone because my daughter had a temperature and I needed to be in contact with my husband.
I was embarrassed and humiliated and not given a reason why I was to leave.
Worker also uses sexualised comments to describe “recovery position” and joke about it not being “missionary position”.
So terribly unprofessional.
Well organised sessions.attended both CPR and First Aid training, very engaging and facilitator was very professional.
Today's experience was very disappointing. I have trained with AWFA for quite some time and thankfully I had because the training we received today was completely useless. Not only was the teacher difficult to understand (even though he was very friendly), but in years past we got solid practical experience with the CPR dummy, babies, wrapping bandages, laying people in correct recovery position, etc. Today we barely used the dummy. The majority of our training was done online. If this is the future of first aid training, I think I will go elsewhere in future.
Thanks Tony.appreciate your time and efforts getting us through training. Was awesome and very informative.
Awesome course! They price match and beat it by 10%, so it was great value.
There was a convenient online quiz before the course, meaning we only had to spend 4 hours face to face instead of the usual 8.
The instructor was great, very clear and concise. She explained things well and didn’t waffle on. Great practical components, too. Highly recommend!
A thorough training update, covering all aspects of modern first aid processes and procedures, well worth the time and effort. Delivered by a knowledgeable and friendly facilitator. Thanks, AWFAS.
Appreciated Tony our trainer first class experience as medic, lifesaver, valuable life experiences with first aid, cpr training.
This was my first time completing a First Aid & CPR course so I wasn't too sure what to expect (especially for the assessments). Krystal was a fantastic trainer and was very energetic, friendly and engaging which helped consolidate the online learning. I also liked the variety of hands-on exercises that were provided for the first aid component which made me feel more comfortable performing in real life (if you are already experienced this might not be anything special for you).
Loved the theory aspect being taught online because it is self paced and done at home or anywhere at a time that you choose. Followed with the face to face training which was the practical component. It was interactive, interesting, relevant and overal fantastic! Thankyou to the amazing Amazing trainer at Blacktown I think her name was Kirsty or Kristy. Highly recommend AWFA.
Australia wide first aid held a great first aid course. The instructor was very informative, engaged and full of positivity. Highly recommended them.
Very happy to do my first aid course with Australia wide First Aid Sydney, second renewal with them!
Very satisfied with great course material and training. Even though the batch was full, keen attention was given to check if everyone is performing UpTo the mark! Thank you Australia wide First Aid!
Sam was outstanding explained everything clearly and very professionally. She is knowledgeable and kept me informed and interested in the demonstrations we had. Thankyou Sam see you in 12 months.
Excellent training, professional. Only 4 hours face to face which went fast as the trainer was very engaging
Max was an excellent presenter knew the subject took the time to help all students get through the session.
Sam was great, efficient and made the whole experience comfortable and engaging. Would definitely recommend!
This is the third time I have completed training and all I can say is this was the best instructor yet he was far more informative and engaged with the whole class.
Thank you
I was renewing my CRP and First aid and the class instructor was a woman called Asma. She was clear, engaging, pragmatic and she had a very welcoming vibe. I would recommend this class to anyone looking for first aid knowledge!
The course is easy to understand and follow. The environment is spacious for the training. The instructor isn't boring.
