I understand when people comment on rude staff. Re old staff. I lady was awfully rude n blunt. Absolutely no customer service skills. Lisa was her name.

But Karen who has always worked there is just amasing. Kind lovely and patient with the older people.
She is fabulous! But this is to praise Karen n no one else. Well done Karen n keep up the good work.

They may look serious but they are very hardworking, customer focussed, ethical. They always look after their customers and care about their customers.
Eric is very ethical, hard working, he manages the business operation very smoothly.
We live in Baulkham Hills but always come to this post office as we always receive a 5 star service.

Avoid! Rude! Disgusting service! I walked past I think her name is Karen talking rudely about a customer to other customers and a customer came out shaking her head at me! Than the Asian man started abusing these 2 women! I’ve been coming to this post office for over 10 years giving them my support never again! I will drive 20 minutes to another place!

The woman behind the counter was so aggressive she might have a screw lose! I Was just trying to pick a nice card but that woman kept yelling at customers some domestic dispute very unprofessional. I walked out will buy somewhere else more quiet.

The worst post office in NORTHMEAD ever. I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR IF THERE'S ANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD EXPERIENCED. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

The lady who runs the front counter in the newsagent part is probably the most exceptional customer service person I have ever come across. She is *always* cheerful and polite to all customers, which is extremely rare! Please don't change! You are very appreciated. The post office staff are okay I guess. One of the ladies is quite nice and helpful. The post office is very small at the back of the newsagent and it's often very busy. (I guess all post offices are the same no matter the size)
