Australia Post - Condell Park LPO

Such disgusting service, I live one street away and I travel just so I don’t go to this post office. I have returned a million things in my life but today they tried to tell me they cannot help me with my package & the packing slip is between me and the company when every other time they have printed it for me. Only last week I sent a package to the same place and it was not an issue. They have no manners for customer service at all I have never had a good experience with my local post office. They should be shut down for good

Absolutely disgusting and appalling customer service. Owners and two other employees have zero idea how to communicate with people, how to treat customers and how to handle packages, which is their entire role. I will be putting forward a formal complaint to Australia Post as this behaviour for a local ‘post office’ is highly unacceptable.

I am completely DISGUSTED by the appalling customer service I received from the Indian lady working here. Went here to pick up a package after I received an email from Aus Post saying it was awaiting collection but was told they were going to return it to the sender as part of the name and address were cut off the package even though it was all there on their system under the tracking number! Completely illogical and waste of everyone’s time when I could prove my ID matched the details on the tracking and their system! Still would not give me MY package and continued to argue with me. The other male worker also joined in and I felt completely ganged up on by two grown adults. This place is a poor representation of Australia Post! Avoid this place at all means! If I could give a 0 I would.

I want to give 0 star if I can like other costemors review. Now I understand why their review is so bad. Customer service is so so so terrible. The Lady who works there is very rude and doesn't even try to listen to customers. She shouldn't be working at costomer service sector. I will not come back to this post office again.

Avoid this joint like the plague. Witnessed both the Indian and Vietnamese lady abuse other customers in person and over the phone on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, today my mother was the victim. My mother was trying to pick up a parcel for herself and I and instead got yelled at to “get out” or else she’d contact the local authorities. 110% less of a hassle to just go to an out of area post office to avoid the headache and abuse. Surely they need retraining in basic customer service and a manager to supervise their behaviour.

You deserve minus 1000 star. The staffs was very rude, they gave me hard time and taught me the right way to collect parcel while I was already show them my ID and my bank statement. If it gonna happen 1 more time, I will report them to council

Disappointing customer service. Rude and impatient staff, somewhat consistently. I think I've had one neutral experience here. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. Almost considering going to a less local PO next time to avoid the negative energy of this one.

Most rude staff I have ever come across. Could not believe how I got treated in there. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I would give a 0 review if I could as the vietnamese woman on today would not give me my package even with ID and further went to say that she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand that someone has a disability she was very in your face and I had to threaten to bring the police for her to give me my package I hope they replace them in this post office as I have never felt more disappointed in the 30 years of dealing with this post office this has never happened if she doesn't speak English then she shouldn't be working in a post office

Disgusting attitude. Every time I have to collect a parcel from this place I tremble. It's quite a distressing experience. No matter how polite I am to the person behind the counter she is always AGGRESSIVE. I go to other Post Offices when I need anything else. They should not be in business. No people skills and a dreadful attitude.

Terrible Service… extremely rude.been treated disrespectfully.especially the older asian chinese lady im assuming and the indian man.i never go here but my parcel was brought here. I don’t even know why these people can even own or work at a post office…

Worst customer service ever! I have my passport with me but the Indian lady wants a driver license which I don't have coz I don't drive yet. So I have my Medicare care online showing my address and also a bank statement and a hospital bill that has my name and address in it. But still doesn't want to give my parcel because she wants driver license as a proof of ID.

Shocking customer service. When requested staffs name the response was "my name is your mum".

This branch doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I witnessed a very rude Indian lady working in this Auspost and screaming and swearing. She doesn't know how to handle situations and she always give attitude. I've never seen rude staff like her before. I would never want to pick up any of my parcel here if I can only request not to take any of my parcel there.

This is the second horrible experience I’ve had at this post office. The ladies at the front are extremely rude. I will never be going there again even though I live very close but would rather travel than get treated like this again.

Asian woman rude and disgusting in every way shape or form. Unfortunately, you cannot do much about the indians as they are the owners of the franchise. They can, however, monitor how the Asian is behaving and discipline her being her employer as this is making them loose business.

Absolutely horrific experience applying for a passport. All three staff members extremely rude and aggressive, and giving inaccurate information including telling us to send our phone to the Passport Office if we wanted to use our digital DL as ID. Yelling and ganging up on a young mum with a baby in her arms applying for a replacement passport for her baby who travelled here on an emergency passport when our mum passed away suddenly. Disgusting behaviour, nobody wearing name badges, and refusing to give their names. GO TO BANKSTOWN OR YAGOONA WEST instead where you'll at least get common courtesy.

Unbelievably rude, and the staff have so much attitude, it’s ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful. Do not recommend going to this post office.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! These people should not be allowed to run a Post Office. So bloody rude and arrogant.
They should avoid any job where customer service is involved.

The two Indian guys over the counter should be sacked!
Very rude and no customer service etiquettes. I was told I was holding up the Q because I needed to lodge passport applications!
Not my problem brother! I am a customer so you need to serve me!
