Had a great experience with Madison. One could not ask for better customer service. Madison went out of her way to help me with exactly with what I needed as I had no idea what options to go with and all done with a friendly chat and a smile. Could not ask for anything more.

I work Monday to Friday as a high risk worker. Really needed the wheel bearing now sitting in Gateshead lpo but with the queen's holiday and not open on the weekends, my parts are literally a few hundred metres away from my address, but I can't fix my car now for 3 days as your not open n I have no way of getting my items, I'm annoyed and disappointed. This business doesn't accommodate full-time workers.

I spoke to a lady called Madison, she was super helpful, really explained everything & didn’t make me uncomfortable if i had to ask things more than once. Thank you so much for your kindness and being really caring towards my situation and just wanting the best for me ️ I called you about my grandad?

Do not give the wrong answer to the worker or they will lecture you on their question, as if they are some higher authority that is integral to the existence of society's function.

The friendliest and best service I may have ever experienced! I did not expect to have such a pleasant experience at a post office:)
