Rooms not as described or pictured. Booked a 2 bedroom family suite with a queen and 2 singles and got a 1 bedroom suite with a double bed and 1 single bed in the living area
The room smelt of dust as like it’s not been cleaned and was pictured to be a modern room but when arrived it was a run down 1980 room
For the price paid ($160) and not getting what you paid for I wouldn’t stay again and would highly recommend others to look elsewhere and not stay.
Owners were very ignorant when told that the room was dirty and not correct as to what was booked and pictured

Was iffy about spending the night because of the mixed reviews, the bad reviews outweighed the good, was ready to cancel as we had just finished reading reviews and looking at the pictures of other people. Mould, dirt, dirty bedding broken doors etc, but thought for $100 for the night we will wing it and as advertised if we were not happy we did not have to pay or stay. But surprisingly it was ok, it's not the Taj Mahal, but check lady was lovely and informative, the cleaning lady was lovely. Carpark clean and also has a smoking area. The pool and restaurant is closed but there is a 24 hour BP across the road and the staff there was friendly. It was quiet. And well the room was clean and tidy. Fresh linen. It was dated but good for the money. Mattress and pillows comfy and great air conditioning. Also has a laundry facility as well as buckets out for you to wash the car windows.
All in all it is a good cheap stop over place. Tea, coffee and sugar supplied but if you don't like UHT milk just pop over the road and pay $2: 80 for a litre

We got suite, walker in to an absolute filthy room, pillows stunk, place was dirty, everything is super old and unsafe! Heated blanket control had exposed wire not safe at all. Curtains dusty. Cereal in zip lock sandwich bags? Absolutely repulsing. We refused to sleep under sheets as everything stunk and did not smell clean.
We then woke up with BED BUG bites! Rooms light was a pull string from roof which was broken. Lamp shades had huge stains on them as well as couches worn, stained and stunk. Our clothes stunk like Indian food. Heater didn’t work so room was freezing.
Never again would I come back here not recommend it to anyone.

When we made a complaint to the staff the owners said to us, and I quote “don’t lie, if you can’t afford to stay here you should of gone else where” - disgusting. They then had the audacity after insinuating we only complained to get money back that we were lying and lied to me on the phone saying they recalled me saying I enjoyed my stay when I left HOWEVER we left at 4AM and dropped keys in drop box so unsure how I did that? !

I have made a formal report due to huge OHS breaches and concerns

Bed bugs, bed bugs everywhere.
Spend the bit more extra cash and stay somewhere more nicer.

No mention that your room would not be serviced daily.
Shower water cold on Saturday morning.
Wall mounted containers in bathroom.hair conditioner and shampoo empty, hand soap empty!
Asked for stains to be removed from chairs, reply was "we can put a towel over it. " Suffice to say the stains were still there.
Ducks enjoying the green pool water and use of the grounds as their toilet.nice look!
Charged top dollar for this sad stay.

Fluff bunnies on floor, chairs stained and dirty, shower rails rusted, hot water ran tepid, beds not made each day, can't open a window for fresh air, leaking taps in hand basin, fridge freezer iced up like the artic, toilet never cleaned orshower base mopped.and it only cosr $210 per night.what a bargain! Never again

Unfriendly and rude front desk staff. Didn't even bother to return to our good afternoon and hello. Booked a night's stay while heading to ACT, decent rooms but needs cleaning. The toilets were wrapped with 'hygenically cleaned' tag however it was all dirty when the toilet seat was lifted up. The rooms were not swept so please don't walk around bare feet. Also beware of cobwebs near the plug points and almost all corners.
There's open parking and there's no management supervision of how the residents park. Many residents parked their vehicles in such a position that took up 2 car spaces. The website says breakfast is available however the restaurant is always closed. They'll never answer the phone mentioned on the website.

Only reason I gave this a one is due to the fact u can’t give no stars, me any partner turned up I paid extra for early check inn no worriers, go to the room and it stunk of Indian curry very strong smell unbearable, I tried to open the windows but both sides where screwed in, I asked for a refund and got refused by law no window can be like this just in case fire pls everyone listen to what I’m saying do not go there it’s a DEATH trap thank you

Good value for money. Old but freshly painted and clean. Has everything you need. $117 a night and 3 days before Christmas. Bargain! The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE. These owners are scammers. My family stayed here and were rudely evicted without any warning or reason. The owner falsely accused them of having a dog in their room but could not provide the CCTV footage she claimed to have. Kicked them out of their room with no refund on remaining nights booked and threatened to charge a cleaning fee for the 'dog'. DO NO STAY HERE.

Phone booking made the day before, no confirmation sent even though I asked for it. When we arrived, they were fully booked and couldn't find my name, it had been written down very incorrectly. However, issue solved by the lovely receptionist. Room was lovely and clean and spacious, good shower and great air conditioning. However, continental breakfast was advertised and not available, advertised pool - no water and closed off, and advertised restaurant on site only used for functions. Website desperately needs updating. Next door to a bakery/cafe, on a busy road but room was quiet. We found it a good stop overnight, and lucky we didn't need the pool or onsite restaurant, walked to Commercial Club for dinner, about 15 to 20 minute walk. It pays to check advertised information at time of booking! Still a good stopover overnight.

DO NOT stay here. Stay literally anywhere else. Old, unclean, in disrepair, receptionist (possibly owner, not sure) unpleasant and insisted on payment up front before we even saw the room (and clipped toenails on the floor). Flashing Christmas lights outside our window and inadequate, filthy curtains. Nobody willing to accept keys and probably expected criticisms in the morning.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I have a life saving service dog and live in Victoria where there is no registration for them and might i add nsw does not have one either but as I was heading to my aroom I have a very large man run at me yelling that I can't have my dog where a 15 minute fight ensures to the point where I have a threatening episode.

I have nothing good to say. Please stay anywhere else, even in your car, it would be better. I believe all the 5 star reviews are fake because this place is beyond disgusting.

Me and my friends last night (15th july, 2022) around 1am. Have a terrible experience about booking this motel. A week ago we've already booked and paid, but when we came there to hop in from the really tiring drive of 12 hrs from SA. You know what they answer whe we call them? "WE ARE CLOSED WE FULLY BOOKED! " dont even asked whats our name, when we got booked.
Just think of 1 baby and 2 kids, waiting and freezing outside in 2°C. Dont worry about the 9 adults.
Please don't booked to this Motel. It will ruined your holiday. Worst as all of the rotten service.

Oh my GOD - DONT STAY HERE.
The Indian Lady is a nightmare! She is the receptionist or manages the hotel - She is a SHAME! She said "If you book via booking.com, you will have to vacate, five me money in cash or leave". Her ethics are NIGHTMARE & SHOCKING!
Whoever employed her here, PLEASE GET RID of them, REPLACE them with highly qualified staff please! I HAD a terrible impression about ALBURY due to her Untill I checked into anathor hotel in Lavington.
The lady also bamgs your doors inspute of puttinG DONOT DISTURB BOARD! She is CRAZY amd said group of innocent student girls - " I see you do activities, please I dont want to do business with you".
It was so ILLOGICAL behaviour towards students girls. Please AUSTRALIA PARK MOTEL management - please we donot need such receptionists in society! In a nutshell she blackmailed us to pay cash or vacate incase we book online.
Please get rid of her asap

I rang and booked to stay for 10 days for me and my partner. I went to office to get they keys for my room but it wasn't ready. I had 4 of my kids with me for the day as they were staying at their grandmas for the holidays and getting picked up that afternoon which I told the owners when I paid.we waited outside till the room was ready and as soon as the man owner seen my partner and kids he called out to lady owner said something to her and she asked me to come in the office and said we could not stay there when I asked why she said I see the black man and the brown kids with you and the room is only for 2 people I explained again my kids were getting picked up and it was just me and my partner (aboriginal) and she said no we are very busy and we can't watch yous. I said why do you need to watch us you won't see us once we get in our room and she replied no we need to watch the black man and brown kids and refunded my money to my card. I told her and her husband were racist's and I will be reporting them. Also only charged me one night and asked me to pay the rest cash very dodgey.

Don’t waste your money!
Completely misrepresented! The pool was ‘closed’ and completely green! The restaurant was closed, so the included breakfast, was cornflakes in zip lock bags! And 2 pieces of stale bread… left on the doorstep at 7pm AT NIGHT! The wifi didn’t work… the toilet set was broken! They stated that they have house keeping, yet a sign saying ‘wash your own dishes’ but no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided. The dishes were absolutely putrid! There was black mold in the shower…the lady in the next room said the hot water wasn’t working properly… not sure on that? We left in the middle of the night, I didn’t want to even get in the bed… Don’t look at the website photos… believe me.that’s not what you are getting! And staff are RUDE, like you are bothering them, just by checking in. I QUOTE. ‘You must inspect room, we will NEVER refund after 20 mins’

Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Hair in beds upon arrival. Room 15 full of spider webs across the doors. Side tables had stains. Wifi gets turned off. The pool has no water doesn’t work. The hot water is hit miss if the room next door is in the shower cuts yours off. The owners are absolutely rude and disgusting humans. The attitude is if you complain they try and throw you out. The whole place is terrible stayyy awayyyy
