We recently moved & were hoping to get the floors done as urgently as possible before all furniture was moved in & before Christmas. Tristan & his team were able to squeeze us in after a cancellation & did an incredible job.

The team were punctual, extremely professional, clean and were able to give us great advice on what would give us the result we were looking for.

They have done an amazing job at removing the shiny finish & yellow/orange tinge from our Cedar Pine floors which were dating the house and left us with a beautiful, more natural colour & finish - and pricing is extremely fair & competitive.

He advised of the date for commencement, showed up on that day and kept us posted daily of the time when they would be returning to complete applying the finishing coats. The reason I chose AusTimber was because they were only local company I could find where the owner would actually be doing the work. Other companies appeared to be 'booking services' which did not inspire confidence as to who would actually be doing the work.
My reasoning was soundly based. Tristan and Ben turned up on time, were flexible to work around other contractors and did a great job. I'd have no hesitation in recommending AusTimber.
