Husband is waiting for a tax summary to be provided for 2018-2019. Called August several times, but never available. Its now October and after a phone call and several message, still haven't received the summary.
Finally, at the end of October we received an incorrect payment summary with the attached reason given for the delay - "The delay was due to some employer issues, some software issues and as you may or may not know my health issues, So sorry for any inconvenience caused…. "
Andrew is happy to take your money, but when you need he's help with an audit he won't answer emails or calls.
Terrible service would not recommend at all.
