The owner Hamish came out to our property and had the pump running within 1 hour thanks for your service no other contractors could get the pump running thanks for all your help

I would like to thank Aussie Pumps for their response to the issues I raised with them, as it obviously hit a chord with the business owner Warwick Lorenz. He has shown real leadership by responding in an appropriate manner by promising to further fine tune their manufacturing.
As I reiterated several times I was not unhappy with the product as I believe the design is amazing. Thank you for the generous offer to compensate me for my experience.

I purchased a trailer mounted pressure washer from Aussie pumps, it’s an American branded HydroTek, works great until you need a part from the Aussie pumps parts/service department. HANDS DOWN the absolute WORST customer after care service I have EVER seen, how this company is even still in operation completely baffles me. I’ve spoken To Warwick on numerous occasions telling him my trailers steam unit isn’t working and my business depends on this part being sent.

ITS BEEN OVER 9 MONTHS AND NOTHING! They’ve sent the wrong part, forgotten to reply, flat out not returned calls. I was assured by Warwick he will personally take care of it and crickets. My steam burner is still not working because this so called company with a fantastic reputation as Warwick nonchalantly tells me, has ABSOLUTELY FAILED MISERABLY in serving their customers with after care. Not even a warranty claim, this is for a paid for part.

IM GIVING YOU VERY FAIR WARNING NOT TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS OR SAFETY UPON THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

AND TO YOU WARWICK, IF YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS AND SKILLS ARE AS GOOD AS YOU IMPLY, SHANE @ DALY PRESSURE CLEANERS IN ADELAIDE IS STILL WAITING ON THE FUEL PUMP TO GET MY BURNER GOING UTS BEEN 9 MONTHS AND NOTHING. I REALLY NEED THAT PART!

I’ll update again here with the progress, and don’t bother blocking this Google account from making further reviews because I’ll just make another one AND GIVE YOU ANOTHER STAR YIU DON’T DESERVE.

There should be some sort of accountability towards this company if someone buys a fire-fighter pump to help during a fire event, only to be let down when they go to use it. Ive had nothing but trouble with mine, and it fails compared to the three other brands I own, including a rusty chinese pump that was a third of the price. Its the most temperamental tool that I (unfortunately) own, and it has cost me a fortune in money and time. I should have watched the trouble-shooting video before I spent the money, as it is filmed in clinical conditions (on a poolside with a glass jar as a primer). I wonder if these guys have ever been to a farm where conditions are much less perfect, particularly if there is an out of control fire that needs attention. If you find yourself in that situation, and an Aussie fire-fighter pump is all you have to save you, goodness help you.

I have an AB40 GT and absolutely love it. Such a solid unit and you can definitely tell she is made here. Stoked

Pathetic customer service. I have been shuffled through three specialists and all said the same thing. How could they not supply/ sell spares directly to a customer?

We have a pump that busted a hole on the side of the wet end housing and besides paying much more for a new pump (the rest of the pump is perfectly fine), miracles and well wishes wont fix it. So here we are, wasting my time waiting for an answer and our watercart downtime is costing our company money.

Surprised the company still exists with that kind of service. I'll give a star for the receptionist team, at least they were polite and courteous and did what they can, even though I was lead by them to another shop or two with the same predicament.

We purchased a water blaster from these guys. Parts back up, service advice and follow up has been excellent.
Quality product recommended.

It is good to have a local presence here in Australia, a local company with R&D and engineering experience. If you have an issue that you need to address with an Aussie pump product, you can generally get to talk to someone who puts the product together or even has designed it. Highly recommended!

Absolute poor after sales support.

We bought an AussiePump as it was promoted as high quality with substantial warranty. The pump motor started giving problems after 1 and 1/2 years. We took it to the local Honda shop, they stated that they do not deal with AussiePumps, we then took it to Brierly Hoses in Hobart (as advised by AussiePumps, but they did not want to deal with this, as the pump was bought from TotalTools. We finally took it to TotalTools and they are also not having any success in getting a resolution from AussiePumps. In hindsight we would have been better off buying a "inferior/lesser known" pump make and replacing it every 1-2 years, without needing to deal with a warranty claim via AussiePumps.

No progress After three weeks of running around and a final request to take the pump to a local Honda dealer as I was informed that this is a priority for AussiePumps to address. We have given up and ordered a repalcement for the honda motor.

Conclusion:
We believed that if we buy quality and well known brands we would receive the support associated with good quality products, we were rudely surprised.

Recommendation:
Will we buy a AussiePump again? NO
Will we recommend an AussiePump? YES as the product is good and should achieve the 3 year motor and 5 year pump warranty claim, but you have to weight it up against the headache and cost if it does not achieve it.

Our company bought an Aussie Pump Jetter, The pump itself ok however the stainless steel frame is very thin and the welds were of poor quality and hence they broke after about 9mnths
We contacted Aussie and after photos and several emails we were told it wasnt covered under warranty
We have now had the whole frame strengthened and braced
Poor quality and shocking after sales service
Spend your money elsewhere guys

Surprised to see the bad reviews here. Have owned an AB30 for a year now and its been great and gets a thrashing. I do look after it as per manual.

I bought a GMP pump. I was told they were very quiet. The thing screams it’s head off. A nice looking pump and pumps well but we can’t live with the noise. Lucky for them the star rating dosnt go into the negative as one star is far above what these people deserve. Once they have your money they don’t want to know you. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I would suggest to anyone looking for a pump to look elsewhere

One star is generous, that's for the receptionist, the rest of the outfit zero, sales contact that never responds and is either in a meeting or out with customers, his assistant that is as bad. First contacted Aussie pumps over two weeks ago still waiting for a simple quote for spares and a new pressure cleaner.
Service is not on their radar!
