The service in which Kim Horan provided was absolutely immaculate and flawless.

I had first approached Kim after a poor experience with another mortgage broker which, as a result of poor guidance and a lack of expertise had left me in a position where I was 1 day away from exchanging contract and had just received a decline on my finance after being informed for months that it would definitely be approved. This mortgage broker had gone MIA and left me with the prospect of losing the sale. I had approached Kim asking for the impossible, that being an entire loan application from start to unconditional approval of finance all within the matter of 6 days. With no hesitation what so ever, Kim reassured me that this was possible and we had begun the process. Kim was extremely transparent and very sharp throughout the entire process. At no point in time did I ever doubt her expertise. No corners were cut and despite the very short timeframe we were working within Kim still ensured I received a rewarding and worthwhile loan deal.

We visited Wetherill Park last year because we needed guidance for how we can apply for a loan and what steps to take as in today's market it was hard enough trying to figure out how to save let alone have the money for a home loan! We hesitated but we booked the appointment anyway just to find out information and Graeme really helped guide us to the best possibilities for how we can take the next step to having a mortgage.
Speaking with Graeme inspired us to knuckle down and save the money so that we could work towards that future of being a home owner.
