My Partner and I reached out to Deb (Brincat) who was referred to us by a family member to commence the initial stages of entering into a home loan, relatively unsure of what the process entailed.

Deb was more than willing to arrange a kick-off meeting with us on very short notice and sit down and explain the process of entering into a home loan, and moreover answered any queries we had surrounding borrowing capacity and government schemes that could potentially be leveraged.

My Partner and I both left the meeting feeling very enlightened on the home loan process, as well assured given that a few of our questions and concerns were addressed in a way that was easy for us to understand given our lack of knowledge and experience.

As a property investor I feel like I have a pretty good gauge on the level of service and expertise that a mortgage broker should provide. Just a quick story regarding my dealing with Deborah Brincat. At the start I'll say that we didn't use Deb but.we were approaching an auction and experiencing difficulties in getting in contact with our existing lender. Three days out of the auction, we were unsure whether we had our finances approved. In desperation, I sent Deb an email and within 2 hours she called. I explained to her our situation and that asked if we couldn't get approval by the end of the day from our existing lender, could she step in and help us. After going through our finances, she was able to give us reassurance that she could step in and help out if required - this was such a relief. In the end, our existing lender was able to respond. However, for responsiveness and professionalism, I can highly recommend Deb and we would certainly look towards her for our future financing needs.
