John was very rude and disrespectful over the phone inquiry, he talked down to me very judgemental conversation over the phone, he asked me where im getting my deposit from and I said super he said you can't get super for deposit, he was very negative, we are first home owners and we couldn't understand why he felt the need to speak to me like that, I was surprised as he seemed to have good reviews, totally waste of time,

We used Aussie broker John Kelly for our recent home loan. We found him to be understanding, knowledgeable and very approachable.

He was available to help and answer our questions when we had them (and we had plenty, as it was the first time going through the home loan application process).

John nursed us through every step of the process, making sure that we had everything ready before submitting the application, to limit/eliminate the need for the bank to have to ask for more documentation etc.

I've been using AHL for my home loan brokerage needs for the last decade. I only have things to say about them. For starters they were very good at explaining what can seem like a daunting process in what arguably a stressful situation for first home buyers. This quickly put me at ease and made me confident in what I was doing.

Secondly they were available for all steps of the application process (and it can take a while) helping me navigate this.
