So lucky to have phoned Auspresso - Sonia and Jonathan provided truly wonderful service. Friendly, knowledgeable and with zero pressure to buy, I then popped into their showroom to check out the range of machines (and enjoy a coffee). Picked up the Lelit Mara X for a good price today, and Jonathan threw in a 1kg bag of beans as well. Buying the machine is only half the experience though, and you just know they're the sort of guys who will look after you when it comes to machine after sales and service.

I ordered a new ECM machine from Auspresso because they had excellent reviews and a great price. I ordered after 5PM on Sunday and the machine was delivered to my home on the Mid North Coast at 1150AM on Wednesday morning. This is all the more impressive because there was a Pubic holiday on the Monday! I can see that your reputation for good service is thoroughly deserved. Many thanks!

After reading through the 5 star reviews and, just as important to us, the replies from the Company, we decided to head to North Parramatta to see for ourselves what others had experienced. We were not disappointed. Sonia spent so much time explaining the domestic machines to us and answering our questions. There was no hard sell from her. We were able to make up our own minds from her intimate understanding of the machines instore and make our purchase. We thought good quality service had long gone. We were happy to have this challenged today and look forward to enjoying our Rocket Giotto V.

I discovered this gem of a place by accident. After dropping off my rather well used Rancilio Silvia espresso machine there. I was greeted by first class customer service. My machine took approximately a week. I collected it with the minimum of fuss, I was presented with an itemised list of what was done, I was presented with a very reasonable bill for the work done, and now my espresso machine works better than ever thank you thank you thank you. Highly recommended.

I WENT TO AUSPRESSO today to have my delonghi coffee machine looked at, they were so nice they had a quick look and fixed it on the spot, they also have a very extensive range of coffee machines if you need to buy a coffee machine go and see

Great service, very knowledgeable, reliable and good value. I have been a customer for over 7 years and the service has always been the same.

I would give more stars if I could. Put my machine in to them on Monday with the machine not turning on. They called me 40 minutes later to let me know what the problem was. Also gave me a price for the repair. Called me on Thursday to let me know it was all ready to pick up. Only took three days.and the part had to come from Melbourne. When I picked it up.the repair bill was $80 cheaper than quoted.
I would highly recommend this company to any one. Great service, communication and price. I tried this company because of the positive reviews.and I can see why.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Calvin was so patient and nice to deal with. He spent his entire Saturday morning helping us to decide the best coffee machine to suit our needs and budget. Absolutely wonderful chap, well versed in everything coffee and so willing to share his knowledge with us. I’m so happy with my Quickmill & their coffee blend from auspresso. My Breville Oracle was tripping the earth leakage breaker every time the steam wand was used.
Took it in to Auspresso in the morning, by 12.30 THE SAME DAY they had already replaced the faulty part and tested it and the machine was ready to be collected! (this is not an expected turnaround time I just got very lucky but it just shows that they know their stuff)
Friendly service on top seriously cannot recommend highly enough.
Another repairer had advised it might take 2-3 weeks.

Thank you Calvin, i just purchased a Quick Mill QM67 and a Eureka Specialita from Auspresso because a quality of service, Calvin went through everything with the coffee machines and Grinders even demonstrating them, then when i chose what i wanted he tuned the Grinder to my taste and explained the full how to use the machine.this is called Quality customer service, Well done

Not only does Auspresso offer a great range of coffee machines and accessories, their customer service is what makes Auspresso stand out from every other supplier. Sonia and Calvin are so helpful and generous with their knowledge and time with our purchase of a Rocket coffee machine. They are so lovely and spent a great deal of time showing us how to use the machine and also how to make a good cup of coffee! I also have to say that their beans are also top notch - beautiful taste and very well priced compared to the big names out there. I would highly recommend Auspresso to anyone - you just can't beat their service!

I dropped off my ECM coffee machine this morning to the friendly and helpful staff at Auspresso. Received an sms and email later that afternoon letting me know my machine was finished. I honestly can not recommend Auspresso enough to anyone who wants honest and efficient service the experience was awesome. Previously used a organisation in St Peter's who simply don't compare in service and value.
