I live in Florida and I ordered flowers for a relative's funeral over the telephone. I think the person who answered the phone was Janelle, she was very helpful and offered suggestions on the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful.
I have received complements from my Australian family.

Vy at Poppys organised the wake for our dad's funeral. She was accommodating, responsive and very easy to deal with during an otherwise stressful time. Food was great - we chose the Italian option and it was well received and plentiful! Would have no hesitation
recommending them. Well priced too. Thanks Vy for your hard work on the day.

Rang for flowers at gravesite for my mother’s birthday as my son has covid. Lady confirmed they can deliver to the site but must be boxed flowers not in vase. Asked if I could receive photo of delivered flowers on the name plaque, was advised I don’t carry a phone to take photos but I can take a photo for you in store. The lady was quite rude and hung up before I finished talking. If you can take a photo in store why not on site? The store is at the cemetery. Find it hard to believe in this day and age that one can carry on a business as a florist without a phone or customer service! You may have the monopoly by being on-site but I do hope that others purchase flowers not from you. I had previously bought from you only (instore) for 14years not anymore. In store you only need my payment.

Trying to organise flowers from interstate for a viewing in the afternoon. In less than 2 minutes the lady I spoke to was able to offend me. The website states same day delivery for offers in before 1pm. I called at 8: 17 AM. When speaking about the floral arrangement I'd chosen online which was the designers choice which I believed was the pick as you would be able to create an arrangement with what you had on hand at a premium for the buyer. I was offered "no, we've already picked up our orders for today" & 'we need time to arrange those, the funeral is when? Tomorrow we can have it done by then' (sic). My thoughts, "No, thank you! " Did not offer any compromise, or understanding. I lost someone that I love. As a family we did not organise the date of death in advance. Nor did we make allowances for travel restrictions and quarantine required due to COVID-19. The lady I spoke to may very well be busy. No doubt she has loads of orders to keep her day occupied and businesses likely thriving but when someone is trying to organise an arrangement for a viewing in lieu of being present and you work near a memorial park, being told "you" need time is offensive.
