Staff were really rude, wanted to check out vehicles and because I don't have a set budget yet they were not intrested in helping at all.

These guys r so amazing They were efficient and professional and drove my car back on the same day cleaned and fresh Car has never felt better!

Don’t get me started on the worst dealership experience & so called service department and the brand Audi, sold the car as I was so angry about the whole experience wouldn’t recommend any of the above……look forward from hearing from me? I rang the dealerships receptionist 3 weeks ago I’m still waiting to hear FROM YOU!

Poor aftersale service, if you want a better Audi experience, goes to Sydney. Not really worth your time.

If you want to buy an Audi drive to Sydney and avoid Wollongong’s Audi. The customer service at this place is appalling. After spending more than 100k for Audi Q5 and trading my old Audi for only 9 k the manager wanted to charge us extra 1 k because we could not provide him with the spare key for the old Audi. Very unprofessional and rude. I bought and traded many cars in the past and this is by far my worst experience. Avoid this place!

Have now emailed multiple times to the rep who sold me the car and included the General Manager in copy to hopefully get a reply. Zero response from anyone.
Have now sent complaint to Audi Australia.

Started off as a great experience. Finished with a very condescending email which really wasn't called for. Doubt I will purchase here again

He helped me make my decision in choosing my car a breeze. His very professional and looks after your needs. I would highly recommend buying a car from John.

Further to my review I've been dealing with the service team at Audi for near 3 years and they have been really great with servicing my vehicles. I can't recommend them enough! Super friendly and if any problems arise with the vehicles they advise me and deal with it in a professional manner. It's always a pleasure dealing with the Audi service team!

4 years on and the service team at Audi have out down themselves, they continue to provide excellent service and really do put the effort in to keep the customer happy!

Incredible, honest service. We were told by a different mechanic that our car needed lots of expensive repairs. The Team at Audi Wollongong told us not all of this was unnecessary and that the other mechanic was trying to rip us off. Audi Wollongong fixed it perfectly for us for a much more reasonable price. An all round great experience once we got the car to the team at Southern Classic Cars.

Service has gone down hill since Yvonne left Service, I've been waiting 5 business days for Service history. I'll never buy from here. Geraldine won't write back who's meant to be the Manager.

Matt the Retail Sales Manager is best to deal with, he understands the needs of the customer very thoroughly step-step in detail. He offered us a great car at great price, the dealership is actually giving a very good customer experience in recent times I have ever seen. Been to several dealerships, met so many managers, sales staff, but Matt is one above them. Do strongly recommend seeing Matt, if you are visiting the dealership.

Larissa demonstrated everything I would expect in a sales person. She was knowledgeable, responsive, personable and great to work with when I recently purchased my first ever Audi. It was so refreshing to deal with a woman. I wish Larissa every success and encouragement. We need more female car sales people. The experience was positive and I love my new car

Matt, Larissa and the team were fantastic to deal with and made the entire purchasing experience a most enjoyable affair. The showroom is spectacular and the cars on offer were varied and well priced. Farewell for now but not for too long as I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for an upgrade.

Walked into the store today to try and discuss some pricing on a car. I was willing to give them a chance to see what they have to offer compared to other Audi dealers.the manager himself told me that apparently they don’t need my sale but I should buy a car there anyway because it goes into the Wollongong economy and be a part of their so-called family there.he then also asked me what am I trying to get out of this and asked if I’m just trying to save a few hundred dollars for lunch. I will not be returning to Audi Wollongong and will not be recommending it to anyone after this experience. I left feeling like I was a joke to them respect the manager matt

I have always appreciated the high level of engagement and service I receive from the Audi Centre Wollongong Team. I have owned several Audis and have always had them serviced by Audi Centre Wollongong and therefore thoroughly recommend them. I’d also personally like to acknowledge the level of service provided by Geraldine, Aaron and also Max too!

I recently purchased a new Audi A4. Matt from sales was absolutely first class, highly knowledgeable and the entire process was easy and seamless. It seems many places have let the customer experience go during COVID, it was great to see the team at Audi Wollongong and in particular Matt have kept the standards high.

The service of my new car was very professional. Geraldine checked my car in quickly on arrival. The service was completed earlier than expected. On collection of my car Geraldine went through all the service items on the invoice and she also answered a few general queries I had regards the car system and checked it over with me.
