THE BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD BY MARIO! I recently purchased an Audi A5, the minute I got in touch with Mario the sales agent, the whole customer experience and customer service was absolutely exceptional. Recently had my car booked in for some mechanical work at the service centre but left feeling ripped off and utterly surprised by the poor customer service and misleading information that I was given. I have had pleasant encounters with this service centre in the past however this time, my experience was very different.
At the time of dropping my vehicle in, I mentioned the issues that my vehicle was experiencing including an alternator pulley oil leak, boot strut electric fault, low coolant level as well as other minor work.
Much to my surprise, the initial quote I received totalled a staggering amount and immediately called the mechanic I was dealing with to clarify the cost and reasons as to why the issues had occurred in the first place. I was given the spiel of "general wear and tear" even though the quote was no where proportionate to the actual work that needed to be completed.
After multiple phone conversations with the mechanic relating to the outrageous quote total and warranty eligibility, It wasn't until I asked for a cost breakdown sent via email where I learnt that the initial quote was in-fact a typo. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, however this should have been picked up when I referenced the total over the phone in the first place instead of being pushed to pay for the incorrect amount so the mechanics could complete the work.
My car was at the service centre for approximately 3 weeks and during this time I also received minimal assistance to obtain a loan vehicle.
I also learnt that some of the minor issues I raised when dropping the vehicle in were not even written down or addressed. In the end, I ended up paying a $350 diagnostic fee for a non genuine experience and took the work elsewhere.
If you're looking for a service centre that is fair and won't give you the general "wear and tear" spiel, I recommend going elsewhere!

Where to start, awful. They don’t look after their customers let alone employees. Long story short don’t buy an Audi.
Workshop is from 1950, hasn’t been updated since. How can they deliver you an E-tron? They struggle and will until it goes down eww.
