We recently called into Audi Mosman to enquire about a new 2021 Q5. Steve Moskovian in sales was fabulous in answering our questions through to the pick up of the car. He was patient, had good understanding about our needs and the vehicle best suited to us even.and even entertained our children. Best of all, he introduced us to John, the Business Manager for Finance who is equally patient, friendly and gave us lots of info on the Audi Choice program. 5 star customer service! Recently purchased a Q3 Sportback. Amazing service at Audi Mosman by Peter Buttenshaw, John Porter and Chris Palstra as well as the other staff I had minor dealings with. In particular, the three individuals noted above all understood my needs and accommodated to those perfectly. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be back to this dealership once I look to hop into my next Audi!

Poor customer service by a typical car salesmen. I was turned off on two separate occasions and ended up buying cars from another Audi Dealer.

We have recently bought AUDI A3 Sedan. I must say we are very happy with the service provided by AUDI Centre Mosman. Ethan was exceptionally well as well as Chantelle. On a side note, little prompt communication would have more appreciated. Although this does not effect 5 star rating. Thanks for all the help and smooth delivery.

I found very poor customer care while contemplating AUDI is a highly regarded brand in car industry. Handling of issues after purchasing appears to be very lower threshold.
However the purchase price is competitive. AUDI customer needs better professional services.

I bought an Audi R8 Spyder from Mosman which has left me disappointed with the after sales care. The car doesn’t drive straight and they don’t care to fix it. The number plate was installed without attention with holes made in the front bumper. To be honest you are better of going to the factory dealer in Zetland where they care about return customers rather than meeting sales volumes.
