Extremely rude, I went today Friday 07 April 2018 about 0330 PM with friend of mine to buy induction cooktop, am Shipping manager not Kitchen expert so I start asking questions about measurements, fitting etc… as thr policy not refund any purchased product, the young lady at the front desk were helpful answering my enquires the guy (supposedly the manager) in the back desk interfere in very rude manner, so I left to buy from somewhere else wondering how the owners employ a guy who is not capable to handle simple customer enquiries.

Rude customer service, i asked a question about one of the product, the Lady from their customer service is not willing to say anything just keep saying i don't know you better come in & check it out by yourself! Then i asked how about your website and she replied we haven't updated our website for ages.so if you cant tell whether you have this item or no and asking customer to come all the way to your shop just to know product availability then you should retire as soon as possible.

One of the best Auction Houses I have ever been too. They have everything you can think of for your home, great selection of new lounges, dinning settings, outdoor furniture,
beds, even sliding doors and windows and so much more. I saw flooring, tiles, vanities, and heaps of catering equipment and everything I saw was brand new.
This place is well worth a visit. The staff there are very helpful and the prices are fantastic. I will defiantly be going there again.

Recently did some renovations around the house. Picked up some tiles, vanity and timber flooring. Saved heaps - will be back for sure

Furnished our whole house from here, way better quality than expected from an auction. Staff were really helpful and even helped to load the truck.
