72They always make patients waiting. I scheduled appointment prior to get there. But they still made me to wait more than one hour. It was very awful experience.
I was very nervous. The staff was great and told me to stop apologising as I'm disabled in a wheelchair as I was taking too long to get setup, I believed.
I believe I would be there for a long time to get in, and I believe I would not be able to get on the CAT SCANNER. I did quite easy with a litter help from staff and my carer.
Disability toilet best I have seen at a place like it. The doors are wide enough for a wide wheelchair.
The auburn image center is terrible for MRI waiting time
I have been waited more than one hour

Friendly & professional Team, starting with the receptionist to the doctors. Please keep up the good work
Came for MRI scan. Had bad experience with "Chinese mid aged receptionist". She should have basic manners on how to communicate and behave with people. People visiting your imaging center certainly have some medical condition which is already troubling their life And on top of that if you encounter such Rude Receptionist, it makes their experience "more painful". Kindly make a note of it. Surprisingly, She was behaving well with "Asians" but had bad attitude towards Non-Asians. Take Note of It if you care. Thank you.
Worst the nurse asked the questions she said have you had this injections before I said no. I was suppose had a CT head scan they put the needle in my vein. The injection was very painful and they did not tell me before if the injection very painful you have to tell us. All 3 man 1 woman was just useless for the services. I was so disappointed and injection went out of vein and the one doctor said can I do it your right hand. I said what are you talking. I have a 8 months old baby boy what do you think if my left arm is not recovering well. I am a single mum with my 8 months old baby boy. The just starred the computers and said do not move and did not tell the injection is not painful. If it is painful you have to tell. I was dead end painful and they did not think from my side.it is still very painful.
The staff is very friendly (both at the reception and inside the exam rooms), easy to book appointments, very flexible and all…
However, the place looks messy… the prep ‘rooms’ are all over the place, and patients are nearly ‘on top of each other’, no intimacy whatsoever! While you get prepped and wait for your turn, you would be lucky if you don’t sit next to a big open bin where medical waste go (needles, used gloves, used gounds…) this place could be a 5stars if it was tidy and clean!
Made us wait 45 minutes for a scan because they were short of staff. Absolutely incompetent and worst customer service ever received for a simple pregnancy medical scan. Behind the counter extremely aggressive Arab lady telling me she cannot help a medical emergency situations. It is out of her control. They forgot to mark us check in and made us sit 45 mins for nothing. Disgusting poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Had an MRI and ultrasound. Arrived early as requested and MRI was done very promptly however then had to wait close to an hour for an ultrasound. Asked twice how long it would be and was given no indication. After the hour went to cancel my appointment and was told they misplaced my paperwork hence why it took so long.
Understand these mistakes can happen but when I ask. Receptionist and explain I have been waiting am while I would’ve expected better than ‘they’ll get to you sometimes it can be delayed’ which clearly was not the case.
Everything was done so quickly and seamlessly. The whole booking was done via sms it was so quick and easy. Thank you guys.
They did a good job considering what they do. Very polite. But given it was my first time having a MRI. They could have spent a little time preparing me for it. I'm not claustrophobic but it was intense
Actually scan very good, receptionist Was talking with her colleagues while I was waiting for no apparent reason. Toilet is discussing, toilet paper holder broken n toilet paper is handled by every on. Toilet seat v dirty.
Staff members are helpfull and compassionate and they are very professional when providing services. Especially staff members in CT and MRI rooms are very diligent and assisted me as much as they could to comfort me with my disability.
I have been attending Auburn Medical
Imaging for a few years now for my elderly sick father. They have been great in every aspect. The radiographers are very professional, informative and empathetic.

All the staff were very friendly, very quick waiting time. Ultrasound tech was lovely & very informative and got super clear pictures of baby & explained everything as she went along. Best experience at a scan place!
Receptionist were friendly.
I had an mri of my head, I was nervous but the man who was doing it was very supportive and calmed me.
