Very sad to see poor customer service. He could help me with what I need, and he dismissed me and walked off.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ask the guy if there was any carpet with patterns in it and he replied no without even looking as if he did do not want to do his job. After looking I found carpets with patterns located 10m from the counter. Lazy attitude

Fantastic showroom experience with Jung! He was able to accommodate for a quick measure and quote, and quick turn around for a weekend installation. Mick (apologies if I remembered the wrong name) was great for the installation job, no damage to skirting, clean install and lugged up the rolls of carpet up 4 flights of stairs, and did it all with a smile and a good chat - Superman! Thanks again

Terrible service by Jung. Would give zero if allowed. Why bother being in the shop if you are not going to provide service to the only customer in the entire shop. Keep away.
