Made me yell across the room for my ref number. Then don't see me for my appointment
Waste of time waste of government money and resources
Shouldn't be allowed to operate

This is now the 3rd time that they set an appointment to call me back but didn’t call back as a result payment froze. Now I been in queue on hold twice each time for half hour to make it to spot number 1 only to be told that I must leave my number. Which is what I did last week but still no call backs.
I been with these guys for a little while now, the service has just gone down the drain. Find a different provider! You been warned, that’s what I’m gonna do, right now! Terrible, terrible service…if I could give a negative number I would.

AtWork has been helpful during my employment at Health Share.atWork was very supportive during my transition between roles. I had my Job Coach Chelsea attend my workplace on several occasions to participate in my training and help me to implement what we learnt in my new role.atWork helped me to purchase new work shirts, pants and supportive footwear. My Job Coach has been a good contact for my employer to address concerns and provide them with assurance. I would highly recommend atWork to anyone who is seeking employment or requires help in their current role.

I want to thank my career coach Chelsea Sidebottom, atWork Australia, Zetland, for doing such a great job. Chelsea knows her stuff and knows how to communicate. She's also a really good person.

Really lovely staff and truly caring. My job coach Taylor Turner is a one in a million. She has frequently reached out outside of our scheduled meetings to advise of exciting opportunities that come up on the job market. I can tell she's a caring and empathic individual, always invested in making sure I feel my best. Couldn't have asked for a better job coach. Thanks Atwork Australia!

I strongly recommend atWork Australia as a company who supports people looking for a job with a disability. Some reasons are, the range of different services and support that’s available, the office is conveniently situated near public transport and there is a variety of locations, assistance with resume format and writing cover letters, accessing their internal database of jobs and to be connected to the variety of different employers, arranging an interview, negotiating with employers and following up with employers to advocate on my behalf, finding out more information on jobs that I apply for to make sure it is suitable to my health condition, professional staff and friendly environment to be serviced in. I am lucky to have my Job Coach is Chelsea Sidebottom, she is so kind, friendly and very professional in the area of employment services. Chelsea always assists me, guides me in the right direction with my employment needs, in addition she has spent lots of time tailoring my CV, and always makes an effort to work with my goals.

I have been an atWork client of Chelsea's from July 2019, and have even worked with her to assist her client's educational needs. She has always been pivotal to assisting me  with my mental health, confidence and self esteem. I have known no other job consultant who has ever been so concerned and involved with assisting their client's mental health care, job assistance as well as their curriculum vitae and applications. Chelsea is not only a fantastic example of her profession, but also a shining light in atWork Australia.
