Process to get anything done.
Completed a security course and they refused to pay the 5 years, saving me $400. And then told me they had to workout a time to pay for the licence. Either 4 days or another 5 weeks away was the only options.
When doing my security licence the class got covid, if we got covid we would have to go to parramatta Sydney to finish the course off which they told me they could offer me a $50 fuel voucher.
They regularly go on leave and are unresponsive for days sometimes weeks.
