I was assigned to Alex from Atwork in Bondi Junction and i can say i have only the highest regards for her in assisting me with my new job venture.whenever i had an issue or question she was there to help.the finance department on the other hand, was less helpful.they could relax their payment system for clothing, work related expenses, and travel expenses. Centerlink doesn't want to help to much with relocation expenses, citing in my case its a lifestyle choice.if one can't afford to live in NSW and decides to move to another state that has affordable housing and better job opportunities, they don't want to pay!
Atwork i have only nice things to say about, and i recommended a friend of mine to join up with them in Perth. 3 thumbs up for Atwork thanks again Atwork kindest regards Fritz

Alex is such a lovely person, very helpful in putting me into a great path. She also told me about my tax refund and where I could get support as it was my first time doing that in Australia.

Can’t recommend Alex from the Bondi branch - and the Bondi branch generally - enough. They have been so understanding of my specific circumstance and really gone above and beyond to help me every time I’ve been confused about anything at all. A truly special team doing great work!

I’m pretty new to this service (s) due to a not so long life in Australia, after moving across the east coast I have to say that this office and brand in particular has something special. The entire process to assist people with the post pandemic work depression that we have in the country at present is easier with them. Must be mentioned that the main reason of this review is to praise Fernanda and her ability to engage with her customers ensuring that we are not seen like a torture or something like that as we normally see in other service providers; she simply makes it all work and not only that, but it makes you feel better and more engaged with the transition, from being a highly paid business man to loosing it all during Covid, to the now and slow come back seems that it is in big part because of her nature and business acumen.

My experience that I can share, is that the people in this office or should I say one of the satellite of artwork Australia, they are very accommodating and helpful, specially the person whose looking after me and her name is Fernanda, all the help that she can give me she will do her best!
