71 Amazing artwork of animals that you can "adopt"
A small gallery staffed by the artist himself. A friendly guy who you can have a good chat with.
Awesome gallery!
Visited in 2018, and have been thinking about Thomas the giraffe ever since. Finally finished the PhD that I told myself I could have Thomas as a reward for.
Quick and easy shipping to New Zealand. Great framing instructions, and I’m so happy with the finished product.
My children and I stumbled across this beautiful gallery today in the heart of the rocks where we met the very talented Graham AttWell who was kind patient spent time explaining his work and it is an asset to Sydney and the rocks. Worth a visit, prepare to fall in love with this one of a kind artwork.
Today was the day we adopted Milton!
Safe to say it was one of the happiest experiences we have had buying art
Graham was absolutely amazing to deal with!
So helpful and friendly couldn’t give him enough praise thank you so much once again!
Can’t wait to adopt more!
Love this gallery when in the Rocks. We recently adopted Maggie and Delilah and couldn't be happier with our beautiful pieces. Graham was a pleasure to work with and we hope to be back in the future.
Extremely nice conversation with Graham about the art and we ended up adopting a Sam and Charlie, plus Wilma
Very much worth dropping in and look and chat with Graham really enjoyable
Wanderer into the Atty gallery yesterday and walked out adopting two new members of our family! From the start Graham was delightful, and you can see the passion he puts into each one of his artworks. His humour and realness were a breath of fresh air. There was no pressure at all, and he insisted that we take our time in deciding whether we were 100% committed to adopting. Will definitely be following Atty to see what art he creates next. Looking forward to seeing Milton and Delilah in our home.
My husband and I were wandering around the gallery area of The Rocks on our first day of our honeymoon, totally jet lagged, when we stumbled upon a colorful and fun looking gallery. When we walked in, we were greeted by many beautiful animal prints, as well as a friendly face who started to explain the gallery’s origins. Turns out, the friendly face was the artist himself, and we were immediately struck by his enthusiasm and earnestness. We felt an immediate connection to him and his artwork - and the real question became how could we choose just one animal to adopt? Turns out, we couldn’t, and now are the proud parents of both Maggie and Matilda. We are so excited and happy to have found the Atty gallery and will always have such positive memories of learning about Graham, his background, and each animal in the gallery. Thank you for the best souvenir we could have asked for!
Exceptional, quirky and colorful artwork. Stop by to meet the artist directly and get a discount by purchasing directly (although this stuff doesn't fall into the "cheap" category by any stretch of the imagination). Not sure how the handle shipping artwork overseas. My favorite print was the two emus - although Americans will love the cow.look for the hidden imagery within.
I think it speaks for itself when we write that we have proudly adopted our second animal.
We have Sam & Charlie and Harvey so far and they live in our lounge room as part of our family and maybe this family will grow further in the future.
Graham (Atty) always takes the extra steps to ensure that he gives 100% and if I could give him 6 stars, I would.
This is a lovely gallery and would strongly recommend a visit. Anna
What a beautiful gallery, and a great way to spend an hour or so.we adopted Maggie, had a great chat to the artist, who was full of funny stories, warm and very impressive. No pressure to buy, so you can have a guilt free browse.
My wife Anna and I were strolling through The Rocks recently and were instantly drawn inside Atty gallery by two cheeky looking Emus. After looking around this great little gallery and speaking to Graham we were inspired to adopt Sam and Charlie and cannot wait to have them in our home.
If you are in Sydney for any reason I would highly recommend popping into Atty gallery and having a chat to Graham about his wonderful art. You won’t be disappointed
My wife and I absolutely love his work! We adopted Florence the rabbit a couple years ago, its been hanging in our kitchen ever since and we just love looking at the painting on a daily basis. When my wife was pregnant, we loved the names Atty came up with for his animals, so we went on his website for ideas. Ended up naming our son after one of his paintings, Hamish! We also bought Hamish the painting and plan to hang up in his room.
It has been a joy to visit this gallery over the years. One of our favourite spots in The Rocks. The intricacy of the artwork is astonishing, the stories superb, and the welcome wonderful.
We're delighted to have adopted Sam and Charlie into our family - An endearing and lasting memory of our life in Australia.
There's also more upstairs.
We made a return visit to Sydney after 3 years on our first visit we visited Graham's pop up shop and adopted Hamish as our surname is Fox on our second visit we came out of our hotel and saw Graham's studio so went in to say hello and now we have added Clarence the meerkat to our family. Brilliant and different love his work if we come to Sydney again we will probably end up with another
We are so pleased to have a piece (soon to be 2 pieces) from this wonderful artist & gallery in our home.
Graham was fantastic to meet and deal with - an added bonus on top of the really amazing artwork.
Thank you so much for sharing Geoffrey with us (and Alfred).
A wonderfully charming little studio, with an equally inspiring artist in the form of Graham. A good down to earth bloke who happily chatted away the time as we sorted out the adoption papers for our dear little Charlotte. While The Rocks has the typical market fare of non-descript arts and crafts, a stop by this gallery is truly magical, and is a detour well worth taking.
Fabulous gallery, a must see in Sydney! We couldn’t resist & adopted (bought) 2 pieces of art. Florence the adorable hare and Charlie & Sam the Emu couple! Thanks Graham we cant wait to get them framed! It was a pleasure to meet you and hear all about the art, and stories behind the wonderful pieces! This was definitely the highlight of our few days in Sydney!
Unique - genious!
Must do, if you visit Sydney! So beautiful and colourful animals.
Go to the Rocks and convince yourself - it's amazing!
Went to the gallery twice and ultimately ended up adopting Matilda, the koala. Worked with Graham directly who gave us all the backstory and helped us understand how he made the art, etc. He’s a great salesman and was very good to work with. He clearly cares about his animals and their ongoing wellbeing. Very detail-oriented with clear framing instructions and information of how to ensure Matilda remains in great shape. Looking forward to getting Matilda on the wall at home very soon!
