Attipas Baby Shoes

Deplorable experience using their coupons. Bought shoes at full price. Not sale items. Used $5 discount coupon offered to me by Attipas. Shoes arrived but too small. Sought cash refund. Attipas refused cash refund because I had used the $5 coupon (that they offered me!) and I only given store credit. Seems the one who benefitted from the coupon was Attipas as it really locks you into a transaction you can’t get out of. My advice is avoid using their coupons to ensure you retain (some) residual and very basic consumer rights.
And their website also says “100% no risk money back guarantee” (3 times actually on the same page) and no disclaimer on the coupon re. Using voids ability to seek a refund.

I received a very quick response from customer service when I asked for a replacement for the first pair of shoes I bought. No questions were asked, and they promptly replaced it with express delivery. My son loves wearing the shoes we've got.

Cute shoes (bee design) but definitely not breathable.had the same problem, as another buyer. The shoes and feet stink after one wear and it was in the cooler not warmer months.

I used to love their products and bought them for my first born, but now the product quality is so so low. Recently bought a pair for my 14 month old and he can’t even wear it just for one day without getting smelly feet and we do not experience this with his other shoes. When I asked their customer service I was directed to an article about managing smelly feet, I’ve done everything mentioned in the article except I can’t be washing these shoes everyday. I know you can throw it in the washing machine, but do I want to waste so much of water for a pair of shoes? NO. It’s a problem with their material. It’s not breathable and makes the kid’s feet sweat so much and the odor is so bad you can’t think of putting it on your child the next day. I was going to order 3 pairs at once coz I liked it before and glad I decided to order one pair first. Terrible purchase and I feel terrible thinking how uncomfortable my son would have been wearing them!

I purchased shoes way back in 2020 for my son. From that one purchase, I was bombarded with marketing emails, sometimes a few each week. It got to the point I emailed the owner to please just make it stop. It’s 2023, and they are still sending me text messages about their black Friday sale. Shoes are great however once they have your data it’s relentless.
I purchased your shoes, yes. However I did not give you permission (knowingly) to then continue to contact me over and over again via email and text.

For this reason I would not recommend. Sort out your IT, you are losing customers!

I don't recommend that.the quality is not good as all is plastic so their feet are so sweaty and is not comfortable shoes for the toddlers.the customer service is very very poor, they asked me to return the shoes and they accepted to provide a return paid postage label as it wasn't fair for me to pay postage fee twice, and nothing happened for several days and I thought that they will return the postage fee as they didn't provide a label so I went to post office and I had question so no one answer the phone and finally they only refund the shoes fees not for the postage.

My toddler loves shoes and climbing; these have been great indoors and in the park to give him stability as he explores. They also fit and stay on much better then knock off brands. Customer Service has also been fantastic; we had an issue with our original order and they resolved it instantly.

We tried every shoe under the sun, and my daughter would just scream her lungs out and refuse to move! Now she's off walking everywhere and absolutely loves her Attipas shoes!

These are fab shoes for babies/toddlers! Easy to put on, wear well & easy to wash!

My daughter loves these little shoes. She's so excited to put them on and says 'shoe! Shoe! ' They are perfect for helping her to learn how to walk and she seems to enjoy walking with them on.

My son refuses to wear socks or shoes and always takes them off. He loves his Attipas and will wear them without a fuss.

My second pair of attipas and i love them even more! On my sons first wear of his second pair the fabric somehow ripped and I was absolutely gutted! I emailed the team and asked how I could repair them or how they could help me and without hesitation sent me BRAND NEW shoes in good faith. Over the moon is an understatement. This is a good product from a company with good people.nothing more I can say. I did not expect nor did I feel entitled to the new pair but I was so appreciative. Attipas has a customer in my for as long as my son fits in their sizes haha!

These shoes are amazing! My little boy loves them and they look super cute! I will definitely be getting all his shoes from Attipas!

"The little shoes are very sweet They allow my baby granddaughter to try to walk easier. I did find that the sock part slips and then shoes ends up half off. May be way she crawls. Other than that they certainly stay on better than just socks or little shoes. "

My toddler loves these shoes. She reaches to put them on, and once on her wee feet she can easily walk in them. They’ve accidentally gone through the wash and came out fine! We’ll be buying more!

These are the best! So easy to put on and take off and my 13 month old will happily walk in them. I’m so glad I found these before putting her in rock hard shoes. Will definitely be buying more as she needs them.

My main concern was the shoes staying on my 13 mths old feet, and the Attipas do just that. They are well made and good quality. Only down side is I didn't realise the soles have small holes for ventilation, this isn't great when he plays in sand or steps in water, it comes through.

These are great! My sons feet stay warm but it doesn’t compromise him exploring. He has never tried to take them off

These were great, easy to put on and harder for bubs to remove then just socks (though they can still be pulled off). These are fantastic as we have tiles all through our house so socks are too slippery for my little one when learning to walk and also keeps her feet away from the cold floor
