ATS exceeded my expectations when I bought a vanity, taps and kitchen sink. The team was fast to help, and the product exceeded my already high expectations. Delivery was really fast. This is a good, efficient team, that is exceptional at providing a mixed variety of product. You can really tell once you've checked out a few places to compare!

Bro they have all the tiles. And the staff were so helpful. Amazing store with even more amazing workers.

Don't waste your time or money. If you have any issues you'll be hand balled around until you get a after claims officer which will have no interest in working with you to resolve the issue. Extremely poor quality product.

Purchased our bathroom mirror from ATS Tiles & Bathrooms. From the start the experience was pleasant. The quality and finish of the mirror is amazing! Definitely be buying again from this store and recommend these mirrors!

Ordered a bath costing $2000 - no bath received, no shipment details, no information.
Would be happy to up-date this with revised information if we receive our bath in good condition but in the meantime, I'm raising a dispute with my bank!

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff members and high quality products for a great price. They have helped immensely on our bathroom renovations.

Do not purchase from these people, unless you like burning money. Poor product even worse service. Happy to change this review if they choose to act with a bit more decency.

We purchased an expensive bath outlet which stained our new recon stone bath. We were expected to pay more money to have the plumber reinstall the faulty product to prove the it had a problem before they agreed to send another. We waited 11months for the new one to arrive only to find the original (which was still installed meaning we couldn't use the bath for 11months) had a second problem. So we tried to return the new unopened replacement outlet and we were told (after several attempts to talk to the relevant people) to get stuffed.

Purchased our kitchen tap mixer through ATS about a year ago which works perfectly. It's the Galiano brand one. We also got our 760mm undermount single basin from them also.
This week, my husband and I needed a tap mixer for our outdoor alfresco and also an outdoor shower system. They were able to assist me so promptly & even had great alternatives to the ones that were not in stock. The ladies in the office were so helpful. Thank you also for accommodating my son who picked up our order this afternoon.

Do not recommend, mirrors didn’t come as advertised and customer service is terrible, do yourself a favour and go to Reece/Tradelink, literally anywhere else

Absolutely horrendous company! I have spent thousands of dollars on arch mirrors from here. Two separate orders two separate deliveries, and BOTH were FAULTY! Scratches in behind the glass, and the other ones light didn't work! In addition to that, shipping was an absolute screw around, with different staff giving different information. Very rude and have told me I should have opened it straight away to check for damages to be able to make a claim. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET AN ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL THE MIRROR THE DAY OF DELIVERY!?

DO NOT order online from them they have soooo many bad reviews online if you look, do yourself a favour and go to your local shops and buy the arch mirrors there.

I had a wonderful experience here. The quality of the products was excellent, and he people were so friendly and helpful. All in all the people running the place are very nice and provide the best service.

Arrogant staff and appaling customer support. They just want your money, nothing more. Will not exchange items even if they are still in the original packaging. They will not replace damaged items if the box is not opened with 24 hours of delivery. When I requested a replacement I was told "its not the end of the world its only a vanity". My advice don't go there, worst retail expereince I have ever had.

ATS Tiles is the best in the business when it comes to Tiles / Bathrooms / Taps etc they always go above and beyond and give really good advice at great prices, exact reason why they have been around for 20 years.
