Once, Atlassian Confluence was the best tool in the world! Every of our employes used it and it changed theyre life to a better a better one. Every day i came to my company, everyone was laughing and really had a lot of fun with confluence. Because confluence is good for people and people are good for confluence.

Then, some day.atlassian said it would be cloud only from now. This was the day, where every employe was crying and more sad than a human could ever be. It was the day, where our employes realised, that the world would not change to a better one with atlassian confluence. From now our employes are alone! There is no tool, where they can colaborate and interact with theyre colleagues. This is because cloud is never the solution.

If atlassian look west, they will see a lot of tears falling from our employes. This will happen until there is an on premise license for confluence again. Pls atlassian, help those people who are suffering because of no on premise licenses for confluence.best regards,

Don't care about customers, VERY poor support, impossible to contact via phone or their broken website.

A big pit where all the best devs in the country get thrown in and set on fire to produce a dumpster fire of a "productivity suite".

Absolutely HORRIBLE support system. We are now entering week 5 of a support process for JIRA and Confluence and all we get is tech jargon, contradictory instructions and complex processes rather than a simple step by step. We are STILL exactly where we were 5 weeks ago! Support mustve been outsourced, and while they are very polite, it takes a day in between emails and it's hurting our business! Once I finally get the project restored I am definitely taking it off Atlassians hands and putting it elsewhere as this has gotten way out of hand and the process is waaay too complicated!

Shame they don't have a bigger presence in Australia and a larger team here but amazing company with great offices.

This is how every office should be designed. Great office and social space, including for events. On Lvl 29 you get unparalleled views of CBD city.

I guess we can say it's a great place to work. They host meetups every month and are always an active part of the tech industry/community.

The company is pretty good. As I know it gives a lot of bonuses thier employees like flex time, free lunches, drinks? And food. Mostly passionate people work there. Good office at 20 flour, PS and darling harbour and city view

There is a great blend of modern styling in a historic shell. Staff were attentive and helpful.
