Pathetic excuse for an agency, failed to address numerous maintenance issues, attended to some of the issues and raised rent when we threatened legal action. Would not recommend.

Lee Gooley has managed our Property for the Past 20 years. The Property is in excellent condition and her service is appreciated by both the Tenants and the Landlords. She also makes remarkable suggestions to improve the property. Recently the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and she raised a Work Order and on approval had it issued to the contractor and had the problem fixed promptly.

Lee Gooley has been an excellent property Manager, always very open and transparent and very prompt with maintenance requests. Lee genuinely cares about both the landlord and the tennant.

Kenny has been very helpful, responsive and professional. Have had a wonderful experience with AtlasPM.

About issues of the place they don’t even bother to come out, the place smelt of mould from the water for months from the carpet they don’t care. When asking them to for solutions they don’t even bother to see the place and all very rude and disrespectful.

Mel and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The communication, service, and timeliness were better than any agency I've dealt with so far.
We applied and paid a holding deposit for a property, but our circumstances changed before we could pay the bond and we had to withdraw our application. But even so, the team have treated us with the utmost understanding and professionalism. We'll definitely be looking to work with Atlas in future once we get things sorted!

Kenny is an outstanding property manager, prompt and responsive to Landlord’s instructions. He has been pro-active to show new tenants with minimal delay. In the process, he has minimised the vacant period in between tenancies. His attention to details is good and very switched-on in respect of the Landlord’s needs. Kenny is a highly recommended property manager.

Due to some issues with my previous agent I had to change the agent. I was looking for a suitable agent for about three years. One of my friends recommended Atlas to me and I found they are very good. They were able to find a new tenant within a short period of time with much better rent. Previous agent was saying that the rent at that time was exactly the market rate so it cannot be increased further. But the new Property Manager from Atlas said the market rent is about $30 per week higher than the rent at that time the property had been rented and it was advertised for $30 higher than the previous rent. Finally, they found a tenant for $10 per week higher than the advertised rent which was $40 per week above the previous rent.

Annie has been my property manager for the past 5 years and she is absolutely fantastic! Always polite, easy to deal with, friendly and overall very helpful. Anyone to has her as a property manager is very lucky. I have no hesitations recommending Annie to any friends or family who are looking to rent!
