Customer service was really good and friendly. Staff were happy to explain things I wasn’t sure about. Payment process was easy as and the product was at my house the following early morning post drop off. Haven’t fitted the product yet, so not sure it fully works yet.

Great old fashioned service they had to get in from Sydney branch to their Northgate branch in Brisbane. Quality of part expected to be in an extremely good condition with no damage but I will have to wait for delivery. They will also ring me to pick it up so this side of transaction very good as well. Payment east and thorough.

Ordered a BMW window glass, arrived quickly but had multiple verticle scratches in it and certainly was overpriced at $165 in this condition
