Hi the people I had were helpful the lady I am seen she is nice and helpful plus kind yes there some people who work there but I lady I have is wonderful person she help me Alot I am with dss I have a bit of disability and she help better than some I have been to

Rubbish, and a waste of time, after spending 1hr nothing positive happened and on top of it I was sent a breach notice for my payments today stating I didn't attend, what a joke

Useless rubbish, the never reply your phone call or email, they have government contract for the money so they do not care any customer service and they just push you to look for job instead help you find a job

Did not receive on time, 8 pens 4 can not write, very poor working attitude

Very rude staff I went here and my job coach said some really mean stuff to me like i was worth nothing cause I don't have a job and alot more, they suppost to help you get one not put you down cause you don't have one trust me don't go here

Trying to assist a family member through the job seeking requirements for JobSeeker payment. They are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Never replied emails. Skipped many scheduled appointments. Couldn't even arrange an interpreter. Just then they changed the provider without checking or permission. Useless agency.
