I went to Astrid as I was feeling quite tired and was not able to lose any weight. I had gained some weight with thyroid issues. Astrid was amazing & was able to do some detective work & discuss minerals my body needed but mostly emotional releases that were blockages for me. Once this was done by Astrid the weight started coming off, I feel more e edgy & even my husband said your eyes are so clear & sparkling. Having worked on my inner being for a while now, with conventional therapy, I was looking for Spiritual healing and was impressed with the initial phone conversation I had with Astrid and decided to do the "Take backcontrol of your life" program. Just one session in and I knew it was the best decision of self love I had made.
