Excellent customer service - especially given how busy real estate sales were over the period. Lisa was reponsive, called me back and emailed me when she said she would. Communication was clear and effective.
Inspection happened on the date and time they promised and Aaron even called me after he'd finished for the day to make sure I understood the report and had a chance to ask any questions.
The reprot supplied was very well laid out, clear photos and highlighted things we should raise with the seller.
I wouln't hestitate in using Assured Property Inspections again and will recommend them to anyone that asks.
