I felt the booking process was really easy and quick. The customer representative was very informative and booked my first appointment within 10 minutes.

Happy with the booking process. I had to cancel my original appointment which was no issue and under bad circumstances on my end. Counsellor was very accommodating. Followed up and fit me in to a new convenient time
