I called up and an appointment was booked for me and my husband the same day at the Bondi Junction office. As my husband works during business hours, the receptionist offered us the choice of an evening or a Saturday appointment. The person we spoke to on the phone seemed well informed and us about the sort of issues bringing us to counselling - she seemed to understand the sort of issues we wanted help with and explained a bit about how marriage counselling works.
When we arrived at the first session the Psychologist was well informed about the sort of issues we were dealing with and seemed prepared to get started. We have now attended three counselling sessions and our relationship seems to be gradually moving back to how it was before. Thanks again and we are happy to recommend your services.
